I thought in the world of technology it doesn't matter whether you are a women or a men if you have the skill and capability you will always get the opportunity. Well, if there's an article discussing this topic it means that the problem still exist. i feel like women were on a roll 5 years ago, but now are slipping backwards professionally, tho in crypto its probably to be expected as there is statistically less women into tech then men

Even in finance and crypto industry, it is good to see that women are getting more and more chances to have the opportunity to work.
