I like to apologize on behalf of the OP if they made you feel believers of Bitcoin are into any kind of cult but I know he didn’t mean it that way and I will give you reasons to that. I think he is just been realistic and I will say the same thing if I was to make this post and I think what he meant by true believer are those whom have really benefit from bitcoin aside just hearing and accepting it.

I personally didn’t believe in Bitcoin before buying buy first but it proved to me that it’s worth believing in, I wish I can share my story here but I believe I’ll do that someday and this time I can say that am a crazy fan of this cryptocurrency.

Bitcoin will definitely rise and could be any moment. I would advise you no to give into any kind of negative vibe concerning Bitcoin, many people who circulate the rumor of Bitcoin never going to be back high are those who bought when it was in the bull market.

This bear market will still be over its only experience a healing process, we are hopeful for a very mass adoption of bitcoin and as a true believer I would say that bitcoin has never and would not fail anyone. Just relax your mind and remove your mind, I assure you that you won’t be disappointed.

People are willing to trades goods for almost anything. Video games, sex, gold, bikes, books, even beanie babies, I've seen everything traded on facebook marketplace and craigslist.

Also most shops that accept bitcoin as payment convert it instantly to fiat.

I am an addicted believer and I will say that the post is just too accurate. I believe in Bitcoin not because it is just a coin but because it has proved itself that it is trustworthy. Let this bear market continue for another 5 years (though impossible) but then if it does, I would still believe in Bitcoin.

Bitcoin a decentralized system that is not been controlled and cannot be corrupted by anyone and there is full assurance that any investment made in it either in form of trading or investment will always yield great dividends. I know how tough life was when I achieved my first coin but the story has changed completely and Bitcoin has brought much turn around to my life and other businesses. I think I will consider myself unjust if I do not believe in this coin and much more believe in it

True crypto believers are waiting for mass adoption in my opinion. Mass adoption will bring more crypto influencers to this industry and this will help to grow our small community during adoption. Usability arguments are not clear due to the reasons behind crypto market volatility.

What I believe and I think I am a true bitcoin believer is not about the price of bitcoin. It is about the utility of bitcoin.

Bitcoin is the way we can actually get to our freedom in financial world, the traditional financial markets are designed to make rich people richer and poor people poorer, sometimes the economy gets so bad that the rich give a bit money to poor so they do not rebel and than the same thing continues to happen.

Sometimes rich people do not even give poor people money and just let the government print out money out of nothing and get the most of it right away and sprinkle the rest to poor making themselves even richer and than taking the rest of the money slowly. Bitcoin can put a stop to this madness and it could be the weapon we have to destroy banks and all that caused this current broken system.

I read an article about bitcoin and it mentioned about its investment properties for the future and its store-of-value. Regardless of its continuous bearish slumpo, the value of bitcoin cannot be overlooked as it can be converted to cash. We are still on its embryonic stage and we have yet to discover the true potential of the blockchain technology and the implications once it gets implemented into our transaction system.

No one really knows when this bearish slump would end but you can speculate its market trend by checking articles and its data. Whales continue to manipulate the prices but more and more stores have started to accept it as an alternative payment for their products/services.

There is no instant way to see a great result, and that is what happens in bitcoin. And for the true believers, they will always solve their problem even to solve their problem if the bad news comes. I am sure that there will be more and more of true believers of bitcoin and they don't feel afraid to see if somehow bitcoin is not increasing the price and we already face it for almost 2 years.

We need to be strong enough to still believe in bitcoin because I know that bitcoin will not let us down. And if the right times comes, I am sure that we can take a lot of money and we will become one of the wealthiest people in our city.

Bitcoin tests us, how strong are we to hold or to use bitcoin while we know that every bad news comes and speak that bitcoin will make us get scam. But for the true believers, they don't care because they know that it just for people who don't like bitcoin and they don't want to see a new change in their life.

Bitcoin true believers must be always optimist despite market condition not good. True believers always ignore fake news and build their investment when the price very cheap. Most true believers just store their coin in wallet and doing their own activity

Indeed, everyone strives to always believe in what we believe is very valuable while still on earth, only a matter of time when the Btc rises again, maybe in their current position they wait longer than holding a Btc with a very long time, plus a burden the huge mentality they bear for people who have survived after the hype happened at the end of last year, I believe that prices will increase in value in the next few years, after people are convinced that everything will happen after what the government does is a more positive.

The true believers will help this market to rise, whales cannot manipulate the price if we have more true believers here as they will not panic.

Also, true believers always focus on long term, hence that would decrease the coins in circulation and that is good for the long term price movement.
We need them, the market is good in fundamentals but because of price volatility which is one of the thing they will look at more, they are afraid to invest in the market, hopefully they will seek more so they will understand more and will become a true believer.

No need to generalized it. People have their own motives here, whether to get themselves enrich or used crypto as Store of Value (SoV), or currency, it doesn't makes any difference at all.

As far as I understand, its the exact opposite. Those who came in late 2017 and early 2018 is already out of the market because they have lost so much money already. For who come in this community as just bounty whores and not true believers. And the price is still around $3700, still a far cry from the last all-time-high so there's not push from the believers that you're saying here.

Well, it can continue to exist and just have a value of $10 for all we know. But would you still keep it? Or work for it? If yes then it's still much valuable in your eyes.

Do I personally believe prices would recover? Yes. But I'm no longer gonna fret how and when. Not comfortable saying this but I kinda have "faith" it will, based on past trends.

It doesn't matter if you are true or "fake" believer, if bitcoin exists, this automatically means it has value or at least is traded on yobit haha. Also people are happy to buy/sell goods in exchange of bitcoin any time not because they are believers of bitcoin but because it's great payment method and this way you'll find more/additional users. Almost everyone cares on profit, without benefit no one wants your bitcoin, yeah it's benefit when price increases, when it offers anonimity, fast transaction and etc. No one believes in it blindly without benefits.

Bitcoin could have another inflation bug or could get 51% attacked and will still hold value, if something catastrophic like another inflation bug happened there would still be tons of people waiting to buy in cheap. Just the chance of owning the most recognized cryptocurrency as a keepsake is something people will do.
