Rocks. Since I was a kid, if I see an interesting small rock I will put it in my pocket and take home to put in the garden's rockbed.

Collecting shoes is a good idea but you collect them by type or by their size from smallest -> to biggest

Nice a good hobby for me, i sugggest you to try to collect them also by their color and type too

I used to collect stamps, but stopped once I saw how they were worth pretty much nothing. Now I collect Bitcoins and sometimes other altcoins that seem to be doing well, or will do well in the digital currency market.
Coins from different areas, not really "collecting" since they aren't that valuable but I like them
