There is nothing you can do, unless you can find some other exchange, possibly a decentralized one, where you can trade it. As stated on the coinexchange.io exchange website, they tried to contact the dev team and no one responded.
The Crimsoncoin (CRMSN) currency will be delisted on 27-03-2019
CrimsonCoin is being delisted. The coin appears to be abandoned. We have attempted to contact the developers but we received no response. The market will be halted on the 27th of February and the wallet will be disabled on the 27th of March.

Unfortunately, it is the harsh truth. Once an exchange disables a coin, or for that matter declines for its registration, then, that would mean that such coin is technically dead and won't have the same capacity to be used in a transaction or be exchanged for in any platform. Actually, many coins share that fate already, and its poor users who have believed in those coins, are now left with useful pieces of coins in their wallets without any use. For myself, I have experienced this when I joined a campaign, and it turned out, that such campaign didn't register their coin on the usual trading platform because they are eyeing to register it in an up-and-coming platform that never made it through, so there it is, I have that coin up until now, but with virtually nothing to use it for.
