It's not really our loss for us CryptoUsers if they hate bitcoin. Unsuccessful person don't really know how to risk, they're afraid to know more things ...
I think it is not that they are afraid to know more things, it is just either they do not care or they know what it is but just have some mistakes that they have done using it. If they do not like it, just let them, I am not the type of people who really forces something into someone that don't really like it. But just clear some facts like there are other digital currency he can use and not only bitcoin.

I'll explained to them carefully what is bitcoin all about to enlightened their mind so that they will like bitcoin and don't stand against it. Because before I don't know all about bitcoin but when my friend of my explains it to me I become curios and get my attention so that I'll ask more to my friend anything that he know and I'll also research some article that may help me and get more informations in the internet so that I well understand all about bitcoin and I think all the people don't like bitcoin needs help to counsel them all tell them all about the things that they need to know. I've never actually experienced anything like this before, I just want to be prepared when it happened to me.
If I had to meet with such a person, I did not have to prove anything to him. This is his problem, that he does not believe in bitcoin and misses a lot of opportunities. It's enough to demonstrate to him how the capital increases with the growth of bitcoin.
You educate them. I've a friend who knows about Bitcoin but is too "busy" to learn about it. He's also too afraid to put his money into it because it's risky. However, he's ready to give me his money to "invest" it for him. Less risk for him. More risk for me. I told him no. Until he's ready, then he can start learning and making profits himself. I also sometimes dislike bitcoin but it is about its fluctuations 
. I understand why people negatively talk about on bitcoin because it is normal to think it is ponzi in the beginning (at least for most people) but then they will figure out the differences. Just give them time.
Fluctuations are normal and not to be disliked by the bitcoin users because if you are still doubting at the fluctuations then you are still a newbie. Let them be, what they are going to say about bitcoin because at the end of the game they are the one who will eat their own on what they are trying to say to bitcoin about its background info and so on. . Very contradictory if people do not like bitcoin even they always bad-mouth bitcoin because they always say the impossible if we get money from bitcoin, Such things we do not have to force a detailed explanation to those who dislike bitcoin because the more we clarify they always deny our explanation.

Well if that is about to happened to me. I will ask him/her first what she/he doesn't like about the bitcoin then I will explain her the perks or advantages of using and having a bitcoin and I will tell how the bitcoin helps me to change my life. I will show him/her the proof that I really earn money from the bitcoin. I will convinced he or she to become one of the investor in the bitcoin just like me. I will guide him or her so that she or he can get the best out of the bitcoin. I am very sure that I can change her or him perceptions or opinion about the bitcoin. Maybe one of the possible reasons why is they still don't know yet about bitcoin so you must explain explain lots of necessary information about it. If they really hate bitcoin, then you have nothing else to do, just let them be and be quiet. You will just respect them.
time will come that they will accept it and no need to explain. the world itself will explain to them who disagree and closed opinion persons. we just keep patient and no stop to what our job and keep investing and no hesitation to follow the rule ans jurisdiction of bitcoin and be safe to our account. and keep shareng our blessing to the people need our help.
I will just keep quiet and listen to his rants, and when he's done, I will then walk out. I will not tolerate his rants because it will do no good to me. Those kind of people are narrow-minded that they don't mind what they are really saying, they just say what they want and do not listen to the opinion of other people. However, we all have our own ways and perspective to different matters, we need to just respect each other.

I'd rather keep quiet and let them rant about it. I would let them finish and focus myself in earning more through crypto. I can't change a thing in their hatred towards bitcoin with just arguing with them. Let success prove them wrong. It will make them jealous about your success and they will be the one who'll run towards you and ask for your help to earn.
We all are entitled to our own opinions and decisions. If you and this guy are conversing and all of a sudden he/she brought up his/her despise of cryptocurrencies specifically bitcoin, then you should respect his/her belief especially if this guy really is close-minded when it comes to this matter.
