My favorites are - Zcash, Ethereum & Ethereum Classic. Still it would be nice to start mine Bitcoin gold, especially as it can mine on the GPUs. But while in some kind of troubles...

Start with basics  Wink

See what's hot right now, try to calculate losses and profit, like you would if you were calculating your taxes (that's a good practice). It's all just thoughts and words, unless you place the numbers on a piece of paper

Try PIRL. If you sell at good price and not dump it. Might be profitable

ETC - SOLO, my choice today!  coz i trust it!

etc solo mining? you have to have a huge power!

i think etc is better choise out there because his price is around 20 usd so you will double soon.

If you want to mine promising coins, use whattomine. If not, make your research, there are several coins to mine which have much higher profits than top5 in whattomine.

yes is what i said! Wink Grin

I used to mine bitcoin a lot.  Now I've got a garage of dusty mining gear, and have gone all in on Masternode coins instead.  Beats mining hands down!  No gear to buy, no extra power to pay for.

Here is some background info: https://www.investitin.com/masternode/

and a new site that has launched that compares these coins is: https://masternodes.pro/

I use XenServer and host several nodes on a single PC.  The profit potential is pretty ridiculous if you diversify into a few of these coins.
