I think this is one thing that is interesting for everyone, of course, In this case there is a separate reason for bitcointalk members, you can say "retire" blog, the Bitcointalk Forum.

Run out of topics?

Yes, for me When I look at the main topic, of course what I see, the funniest topic,
Not all members are the same and not all topics are destined to be popular, even though you have already done so,
So, before the BitCointalk forum, retired, with the above reasons, the point is, learn how to get a topic that can guarantee that it is very profitable for you.

I would like to see topics about the throwbacks of each veteran forum members about their Bitcoin predictions, arguments, pictures(lol) and it should be posted to 'Good old days' thread

I really don't know but it excites me to see the conversations of them, it feeds my soul.

I was relying to TMAN's comment that I was stealing WiFi. I've spent a few thousand pounds in McDonalds, mainly on coffee and breakfast, and I suspect they are not making a loss over me. Half a dozen kids can come in and buy one milkshake between the lot of them, and spens a couple of hours sending stupid images to each othe on their phones. It can lock up the WiFi. I appreciate that it is a service that McD offers, so my comment was more of an observation than a complaint.

Just in case no one loves you, I love you 3000.
(might wanna know whose that user?--- or  not Huh )
Zepher Memorial Thread

Why is that? Does everytime you visit that place, it has a requirement that you must avail their happy meals before using their wifi? Cheesy
You know what? The best thing about McDonald's Security Guard and Service Crew is that even if you just went inside to use their toilet/CR, they happily say "Thank you, Sir! Come back again!" when you go out. That's like urinating or pooping like a boss, you won't get that kind of service on any public toilet/CR. Cheesy

My closest pal I met on here died this year,...

May we take that as your reason for being inactive these past days?... Though its not that important but the ladies is kinda missing you Smiley ... Anyways my greatest condolences for you and to the family of your pal. (might wanna know whose that user?--- or  not Huh )

It costs me a lot of money to use McDonalds "free" WiFi,

Why is that? Does everytime you visit that place, it has a requirement that you must avail their happy meals before using their wifi? Cheesy kids will be kids, they might be stupid and irritating sometimes but there's nothing we can do about that, in fact we are also like that when we're once kids like them Smiley

I am alive but in hibernation.
I am really interested in knowing/debating about satoshi vision on number of transaction btc can handle.

When satoshi says in next 20 year we have "large number of transaction" or "no transaction"  what exactly satoshi was thinking ?

How 7 to 8 tps can sustain large number of transaction that satoshi was pointing to, when satoshi made that statement what exactly he was thinking or knowing ? (LN was nowhere in picture when satoshi made those statements)

I hope that I can start a few threads about using Bitcoin on the move, and include some stuff about solar power. It costs me a lot of money to use McDonalds "free" WiFi, and often I have to tether through my 'phone, as the kids are clogging it by sending stupid pictures to each other, and watching pop videos.

I think I'll try to start a Bitcoin Talk test blockchain project. I think it is important that people around the world are able to communicate, and to trade with each other outside the constraints of increasingly authoritarian governments. Lets make our own trade agreements.

Just in case no one loves you, I love you 3000.
For me, I want to see a list of biggest wars in the forum.
Such as wars between DT members and red-trusters, as well as war between admin and forum users due to sudden changes in forum rules.
Something like War Accusation, including merit, trust, and so on.
It is already a common/regular topic; like TMAN said: war is shit. We are on the forum, wherein some people are just here to relax by just reading stuff and learn from it. We already had enough reading about what you called war, you can just read CH’s wall topic and you got what you want. IIRC, @xtraelv made such topics.

Sometimes you find friends by joining a forum, conflict can be triggered due to some different opinion or behavior, but, that doesn’t mean you’re in a war, you’re just stating what you think is right in your opinion, people should respect that. At the end of the day, people don’t really care what other people say as long as you know you have stated your opinion. I remember before (7 years ago), we have this forum member complaining about a certain rule, I am the one online and answered him, which resulted to long conversations or war topics and got some PMed conversations (exchanges some personal views and of course trash talking). But, as days gone by, we just laughed about it and we even became friends. Reading war conversations are regular nowadays. We already have enough war here in our country.

My closest pal I met on here died this year, we transacted 100+BTC, talked on the phone, met up - got smashed.. Enjoyed each others company and him passing taught me something big, Life matters…
Sorry to hear about your loss, TMAN. I am sure he is in a better place now.

war is shit.. seriously it can be entertaining, but bottom line is this is a fucking forum. My closest pal I met on here died this year, we transacted 100+BTC, talked on the phone, met up - got smashed.. Enjoyed each others company and him passing taught me something big, Life matters - what some fat long haired fuck on the other side of the world thinks about me means nothing, like seriously nada - it means less to me than the shavings of dry skin off my toes.

Primarily this are the topics that are gaining my interest.

1. Blockchain processing Issue. ( How to solve it, how to get through with it or how are we going to handle long processing time for real time business transaction).

2. Real-Life Business Applications - This has been very important topic to talk about, if we want bitcoin to not depends on FIAT. one solution is to established business that fully accepts this coins.

3. Bitcoin or Blockchain's or Your  future - Is it really worth it?

I don't know if those certain thoughts are interesting to others but I guess that as a community discussing the problem -> processes -> solutions -> future are the key to have a better communication.

Bobby Fischer was right
I would like to see some more science related topics.
Regardless it will be computer science, biology, psychology, physics I need more of it Smiley
We have no science related boards, so I guess off-topic is the place to go, maybe serious discussion as well.
I'm more than sure there are a lot of scientific minds among us, some cool math or chemistry lessons could get posted for us to read.
Someone can even benefit from such threads, as getting few more perspectives in teaching, is rare and those lessons don't grow on trees.

I would like to see a brand new Bitcoin Discussion board with genuine discussions and not a spam fest. Opening the board and seeing 200+ replies everywhere I look is sad. Although it is getting a little better now but it is still not a place where I want to spend my time.

I would love to read about users life experience

You can learn a lot from me, especially about the things you shouldn't do. For example. if you are going to have a long term relationship, don't choose a girl in San Francisco when you are living in London. One of the great inventors stated that creating successful innovations is 5% inspiration, and 95% perspiration. I have tried to reverse this, but without a great deal of success. I've also tried to split myself between HODLing and trading, and have ended up spending more time talking about it than making money.

On a more serious note - if you are going to use any crypto-currencies, I believe it is important to understand the basics of Bitcoin and its blockchain, and this forum is probably the best place for any newcomer to gain a basic understanding. Once you have an idea of the future potential of the banking revolution it spawned, then you can decide on alternatives/additions.

One thing I would like to see is a training Blockchain for Bitcoin Talk members. It could let newbies run a variety of nodes without the overhead of downloading the full blockchain. I'd support this if somebody wants to start it, but I'm having to cut back on projects that I'm ( trying ) to run at the moment. I'm aware of the Testnet, but I believe a BT members' one would attract more interest, and could be of benefit to the forum and its members.

It would be nice to get to know and discuss the most interesting examples of actual use of blockchain technology taking into account the consistent growth of the digital currency world and the fact that a blockchain up-ends almost every area.

If you want to participate on Bitcointalk in hard-mode, try to post a serious topic in Altcoin Discussion and see how many responses you get there.
Almost guaranteed that your topic is just buried, if you're lucky you might get one or two responses.

The only topics that work there are those that have clickbait titles and talk about some sort of price speculation related topic or bounty hunting.

what would you like to see discussed in the Bitcoin Talk forum that doesn't appear regularly?  We can skip the underworld topics like bounty and ICOs as well.

The topics I always find most interesting are those that talk about innovative new projects made by the members of this forum.
Could be anything really, someone making an interesting cryptocurrency-related art project or someone who's developing an interesting application.

They do appear sometimes, especially in Project Development, but even there you usually find stuff that's already been done before.

Cashback 15%
Small-scale business owners promoting their services/merchandise on a dedicated sub-forum and not just on the Services/Service Discussion/Local section of this forum. It's about time that we actually try to help the little guys trying to integrate bitcoin and crypto in their businesses and are trying to help the adoption of crypto in general. We are often busy focusing on large retail chains and services accepting crypto on their payment methods that we forget the little guys striving to get the word out to other people.
