utorrent FTW , very light client
I use Vuze I used it back when it was called Azureus and I still use it. Force of habit I suppose, but this program is good for me

I use Transmission. Basically because it's simple, and it works just fine.
Also, I don't have to watch commercials and stuff like in some of the commercial applications.
