Above all the recommendations from other members above... I will repeat some advice that was given to me when I first asked a curiosity question. The forum is too big, and it covers every aspect and field of specialization. So just choose where you think defines you the most and where you think you could possibly be useful. And start engaging in conversations there. Those things that you think you could possibly do in other social gatherings, you are free to do them here. There are no limitations to what could be posted; just don't steal others content, as mentioned by other members.

The forum doesn't punish or victimize anyone for speaking their mind; everyone's opinion is respected and valued.

OP, welcome to bitcointalk platform. It is good you are here. To begin with, you took a good step by asking questions and this is how you know serious people that are eager to learn and keep abreast of time.

I know you must have grasp more knowledge from the posts already made here and I believe that would guide you through on how to be active and contribute meaningfully t this platform.

OP you must avoid plagiarism if you want t last long here. Amd if you must copy, you must be able to make refference to where you got or copied from
That would save you of some sanctions here as you have proved your point by posting evidence of he origination of your. Post for all to see.

As much as possible you should leave things that violate forum rules, guidance doesn't have to be learned directly from a mentor, you can learn self-taught by reading all the important information that has been shared on the forum. Keep trying to increase knowledge by reading so you can make posts that do not conflict with forum rules.

If you already know about Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies then you can discuss with others and create threads. If you need help or want to help others then always use Beginners & Help  board. Want to discuss about altcoins then go the Altcoin Discussion board and there are separated boards to discuss so follow them. To know about specific topics always use search option. To discuss in mother language always use your local board or thread.
Anyway Don't Spam here and always try to write constructive posts and try to contribute in this forum.
Best Wishes For You.

If you are a newbie really to Bitcoins and the forum together, after reading the rules, it is expected for you to make the kind of post where you the intention is to know more, that is get more knowledge. A real newbie to Bitcoins should not be trying to act as if they already know what is being discussed. A newbie should be a newbie, knowing the rules of the forum will help you not to break them, knowing and accepting your position as a newbie will you to make newbie type of post that seeks to learn.

Payment Gateway Allows Recurring Payments
As a newbie on this Bitcointalk forum, I wish to be guided by the high-rank members of this Bitcointalk forum on the type of posts I am to make that will not go against the Bitcointalk forum rules.
I'm  not one of the high-rank members but I could suggest you to avoid some basic mistakes that all newbies do (intentionally and unintentionally).
  • Never post plagiarized content on BTT
  • If you do want to post plagiarized content then use
    Quote
tags + provide the source link
  • Never Copy data from any AI content generator and paste it here.
  • As a newbie do not abuse anyone even when you become high-member, you should not abuse anyone
  • Try not to start the same topics/threads which are already created here, create something unique and compelling so that, it is added as a contribution to BTT
  • If you are a newbie to crypto, then it would be hard for you to be active in topics that you do not understand, so without any knowledge, avoid posting replies, and do try to read as many replies as you can because that's how you will grow here.
  • Do not be afraid to ask questions just like you did now, because when i was new to this platform i did not create my first topic until i come to understand which board is suitable for my content.

Other than the above precautions, i would suggest you to read the provided rule thread by other members and do read this one too, these threads might seem to be so long but once you give them a read, you will see how important they were to remain here for longer period.
