In fact no one thought so seriously about bitcoin that the price would go up so much when I had my first btc the price of btc was 20k. But I didn’t gain much sold it in fear of falling prices but now the price of bitcoin is much higher and it is not possible to buy with so much price if someone has enough bitcoin, there is a good chance to hold it because its price will go up further.

It was a typo, my first sale of my coins was around this price.
I see, that's why i reacted that much because imagine how frustrating on your part not buying bitcoin in that lowest value ?

Good that you have sold with profit back then.

Even if the prices are still high right now, we should be always happy to sell with a profit. With hindsight it is so much easier to know when to buy and when to sell. Nobody knew back in the days how high bitcoins would be rising. And feeling bad about profit we left on the table is not productive. There will always be new opportunities to buy bitcoins again.
well we are talking about 10 years ago mate , does not concern actually the thread indeed because there is a mis deliver and understanding .

Yeah, obviously it is cheaper.

$4k is very low from $41k or $39k right now.

If someone is rich enough to buy as much as they can during the dips, they've done it already.
I am sure some of us already bought many bitcoin during the dips and hold it. They already bought bitcoin when the price reaches $28k before and sells some amount to get their money back while we are still struggling to buy at a low price.
Yeah sure a lot have bought during the dips.

But that was when the time of $4k and lower and to say that $28k, yes, there's for sure who also bought at that price. Honestly, there are always those folks that buy during the dips.

I never gave BTC any serious thought until I began to hear that the price is $4k. I was like  Shocked this can't be possible. And so did the interest start.
You firstly bought your bitcoins at $4k? that's still a cheap price if you're going to compare it with those folks that just bought it above $50k and $60k.

You still got a clean and nice entry with that price and did you hold and bought a lot at that price range?
That is cheap if we compare it with the situation now. But if he can not use that moment to buy as many bitcoins as he can and he does not trust bitcoin, he will not buy bitcoin instead, let it go.

But we still have time to buy bitcoin, although the price now is at $41k because bitcoin can fly to the high price anytime so I think we are not too late to buy bitcoin now.

My price for me at earliest purchase that I can remember is somewhere around 500000 KRW.  Which is something like $500 usd.
meaning even when you are already active in this forum you did not purchase bitcoin ? because your account was created 2011 in which the price of bitcoin is around 2 digits in which written in the price history

Quote

The first such instance occurred in 2011. Bitcoin's price jumped from $1 in April of that year to a peak of $32 in June, a gain of 3200% within three short months. That steep ascent was followed by a sharp recession in crypto markets and Bitcoin's price bottomed out at $2 in November 2011. There was a marginal improvement the following year and the price had risen from $4.80 in May to $13.20 by August 15.

you should have feel bad when the price jumps that 500$ before purchasing mate.

I can't remember the exact price but I made my first purchase when Bitcoin is about to hit an all-time high, glad that I sold it just in time, I made a small profit but became interested in getting more, so I joined various bounty campaigns, the easiest way to accumulate coins and trade it to Bitcoin, I consider Bitcoin as a must coin to hold until now.

I first heard of Bitcoin in 2017, at that time the price was around $3000...

at that time I didn't buy Bitcoin right away because I thought the price was too expensive but I was wrong, if I bought it at that time maybe now I've made a big profit. I can't regret it, all I can do is reorganize my BTC investment.

I remember the first time I heard about bitcoins the price was around $400 for 1 BTC. I sold some CSGO skin for bitcoins but instantly transferred it to Fiat money, that was one of the dumbest moves I made. When I got back into bitcoins a few years later the price was already at 10,000 USD. Compared to todays prices that was still a good time to get involved.

I consider myself late when I first bought Bitcoin, I bought Bitcoin the first time when the price was over $1000. Actually I already knew Bitcoin when
the price was at $600, but at that time I was still hesitant to buy Bitcoin and I was very regret it. You are very lucky to be able to buy Bitcoin at
a price of $200-$300, that's a very cheap price, but I doubt you are still holding the Bitcoin until now. Because it is very difficult to hold Bitcoin,
especially after Bitcoin reached ATH in 2017, then not long after the price of Bitcoin fell very deep. Most early adopters sold their Bitcoins in 2017
when it hit ATH or sold in 2018 when Bitcoin prices fell.
