You have to buy currencies after they have been listed on the exchanges, and first monitor market movements and technical analysis, this will be safe for you as well. You can also buy currencies of top value and you may wait for months or years until you get Rewarding profits, but this choice will be for beginners who don't have experience in hunting promising new projects.

it looks like you like the hype and FOMO that occurs with the new project.
it's not wrong and indeed there are a lot of players who do it that way. I myself have also done it on IEO binance project harmony. I still remember, I got it in my grasp.
but after that, I prefer day trading rather than choosing a new project.

Luck could be one of those reason in gaining profit but the most important or the best way to take profit is by understanding well the movement of crypto market same as the coin you're holding because if you have that understanding or knowledge you can proceed to what's best thing to do, it could be to sell it, buy or hold it. With that moves, I'm sure that you can really gain profit. It is important also to have trust or believe in yourself in everything you do. Always think positive and do things positively.

These are of course realizable ways to make money. But there is much better. Such as NFT, Defi project coins. You just look at the charts of these cheap coins. They have doubled and even tripled. You can buy them without a large deposit and double it.

There is a lot of ways to make a profit. You can buy from the ICOs and have a patient to make a profit. Look for an exchange that have a higher price before you sell it for you to make profit from it. You can also do trading, buy altcoins and patiently wait for your taget price before you sell it. But sometimes it is hard to tell if you are going to make more profit or not.. Take the risk.

I stopped investing in ICOs when i invested in a few projects that tanked immediately after listing
So now i buy tokens when they list on exchanges, i take some days to analyze the token, its trading volume, liquidity and when i decide to buy i always take profits after price reaches my predetermined price targets
Its good to form an habit of taking profits that is the only proven way to grow your capital

My favorite is 1 and 2. Buy ico is good idea especially if you participate in launchpad Binance, it will give you easy profit when the coin listing on the exchange and for the second i keep doing this on binance, arpa and the next one is TKO, TKO will burnt coin in July.

and the purpose of these tokens makes sense or not and can convince many people or not.

My strategy for now although there are a lot of ways to do trading, maybe i still keep to do spot trading with coins that i think will be good in future and join Launchpad Binance. Although sometimes it force us to not use all our capital, but usually it give worth profit too.

Simple idea that I can suggest on getting good profit, always choose the good coin that you can afford to lose. Taking risk is somehow unknown, but make it sure to be feed with your holdings entire community in order to avoid regrets. When you're a part of the coin's journey, holding for longer terms always a winner someday.

of the several options that you offer, almost everything I have done including investing in ico and ico is the worst thing I have ever felt because some of my money was lost due to being caught in an ICO project scam and it makes me now shy away from ICO and focus more on trading in the market and sometimes if I hear good news about tokens like hard fork, burn, of course I will buy altcoins before the event happens.

So you are talking about the way of investing. Actually, it depends on your time money, and trading style. IDO and IEO is a very good option but many think it's risky and they do not want to spend their time to do research before investing. So in that case trading and investing in a well-known project and increase my portfolio by buying every dip is my strategy.

For your first option, it will be better option to discuss about financial advisor to invest who has enough knowledge about crypto currency. You can research also by own strategy. Second opinion is a good thinking and you can carry on but be careful to choice potential project. You can buy top 100 coins from cmc/coingecko as your third option. I don't have enough idea about your last option.

Same way I did last 2017-2018, since that is the year that bounty is really effective and active. Those coins that I gathered through bounty, I used them to trade to other highly potential coin that is why I am able to buy xrp, ada, vet, ltc and doge in a very dump price. Now that the market recently experienced bull run, those coins that I have really give me a huge profit which is came from the paid projects in bounty. Bounty project became inactive and abate when the ICO disappeared.
