I have seen bitcoin for years when i was doing the online money making but before i was just using paypal and ignores it until i saw my proof mining on his PC so i decided to try and during that time i am so happy earning .001-.005 btc per week

Ofcourse all start are the most hardest part of a thing or an activity or an job like this.Its hard to earn at your early stage here because of lack of knowledge on opened opportunities that may help you earn
It was between 2009 and 2010, first time I got the internet and registered on facebook, I'm pretty sure there was a game where I could buy some stuff via bitcoin, not sure how much does it cost but anyway, so I did some jobs as "free rewards" and got some bitcoin. Since then I haven't heard about them for next 4 years (wasn't actually interested).
In 2014 friend got 0.5$ worth bitcoin on some faucet site, and gambled on satoshimines, he got lucky and withdraw around 100$ so I also got interested.
Since then I started to explore more about bitcoin and now altcoins.

Scammed every day has been my bitcoin involvement, not a very good advert is it 
We had the same experience and thoughts about Bitcoin before. I was scammed multiple times when I was a newbie and I decided to stop using it because of that. Then after a few years, I decided to try it again but I did some research first and now I'm earning good and learn from my past mistakes to avoid being scam.
I think that most of us had been scammed in some way during our early days in Bitcoin. Cloud mining schemes were the usual among scammers, making us believe that we would make profit within a short amount of time.
In addition, there were some ICOs that turned out to become a scam, as well as the infamous Paycoin cryptocurrency by Garza. This last one made me lose a lot of money, but thanks to the lessons learned, I have avoided these schemes as much as possible.
Nevertheless, we should always be vary of the risks underlying Bitcoin to increase our experiences within it for the long term. Just my thoughts.

I find it a very interesting journey for myself and the others who are related to it. Most people think about the same way, when they first get into Bitcoin. The vast field of scammers around within the Bitcoin digital currency, has made many people believe that BTC itself is a scam when it is not. But, those who remain into Bitcoin, will later realize that the same gives them huge opportunities to make profit.
These days, people are looking into Bitcoin as a serious investment, than it was a few years ago like the Wild West. The positive happenings on Bitcoin, overcomes the negative ones, eventually leading its path towards becoming mainstream.

At primary stage it was bit confusing for me to learn how to earn bitcoins but my friend helped me in teaching the ways to earn bitcoins and after that I have never looked behind and earning bitcoins on regular basis and its always an positive feeling and experience when you find a way to earn good amount of money.
When I first came across cryptocurrencies and bitcoin, it blew my mine about this world that existed beyond normal everyday life, that most people have little or no knowledge of. At first I was sceptical, but cryptocurrencies are no worse that fiat currencies which can be highly manipulated -at least there is a public ledger with bitcoin. Bitcoin or something like it will certainly be the future of transactions around the world, free from middle men controlling everything and allowing everyday people access trade without all the red tape. A very welcome development, only in its infancy.

I first heard about bitcoins on nat geo's show about money n 2013. After the episode I forgot about it. In 2015, there was a rerun of the same episode and after that I searched about "Bitcoin", got some basic knowledge, started with coinbase as my first wallet. Initially I thought that bitcoins can be generated at home by mining. I ran miner on my laptop and due to extreme heating it automatically went off. After struggling for few days, I learned about mining that quit it. Started using faucets for a month, invested the satoshis in a ponzi website and BOOM ! Scammed !

I started with Bitcoins in 2013. Basically, I bought Bitcoins with the use of fiat. I used to buy Bitcoins from a local exchange and use it to gamble on nitrogen sports. Thereafter, I use it to bet it on NBA games.

That is the common mistake for us newcomers in Bitcoin in which we all think that this is the only way on how to earn money via HYIP (Which I really don't consider as a kind of investment). Also the good thing is you have been introduced by your friend early on about Bitcoin but you have missed the opportunity of the lifetime on making your capital more than triple the amount. Well we can all learn from out mistakes.
For every new Bitcoin user, it's the usual thing to see HYIPs or even cloud mining as a serious investment. By that time, we've made many mistakes in our investments, by the lack of guidance of someone experienced in the field, but as time went by, we've discovered reality by exploring the forums, or by any other means.
While HYIPs offer great returns for your investment, it would never serve as a stable and reliable investment, as usually they turn out to close up shop and run away with your hard-earned money. Cloud mining in return, is also a scam, since many cloud mining providers tend to steal your money, not to mention that it would be very hard to reach ROI in less time. There are a few reputable cloud mining companies like Genesis Mining and Hashnest from Bitmain, but again, your chances of reaching ROI would be very minimal.

My biggest problem was buying bitcoin itself. The only way I knew was to use virwox, it is a complicated process and huge fees, even now I had to use paypal to buy some, and in the end 20 euros turned into 12 in btc

I just thought about Bitcoin as another payment processor like PayPal. But when I joined the BitcoinTalk community, I learned so many things along the way. In my process of learning in the first days, I decided to invest into cloud mining services. Since I didn't knew much about it, I invested a plenty amount of Bitcoins to start my journey into it. During that time, I had gotten into many different services. Those were GAW Miners, then Cointellect, cloudminr.io and finally Hashnest. After getting scammed many times by the services mentioned previously, (except for Hashnest) I have lost many Bitcoins. As a result, I decided to never invest into cloud mining and thus dedicate myself into learning more about the cryptocurrency and look for other ways to earn Bitcoins. It was then that I enrolled into the signature campaign that I am currently into and during all that time I began to earn Bitcoins as well as diversify my investments into different alt coins. Now I am dedicated to trading Bitcoins and other alt coins, as well as working for it (like the signature campaign and working as a freelancer) in order to earn coins and build up my portfolio along the way.

My experience when i first use bitcoin ofcourse it's hard because I've been asking many questions to my friend what are the things that should i do ? and not to do? in using bitcoin. My friend was a big help to me because he answers every questions that i ask. So today i know a lot about bitcoin because I've been learning since the first day that i first use bitcoin.
I was just your average joe really, I did not know anything about Bitcoin, I just wanted a get rich quick scheme but I ended up getting a whole lot more then what I asked for. Before the time of me finding out about bitcoin I had a normal job at a package handling service, but the timings had given me too much stress and I could not bare it anymore so I quit. I thought bitcoin might help me out and it sure did. I did invest into some ponzi/hyips but I got lucky on some and managed to get my money plus extra back. I also was gambling a lot and made quite a lot of profit from that.
