I think it's more expensive once the icn will release into exchange website or it can be traded or buy and sell into website but if you still hold the icn there are chance that the price of icn will decrease or stucked up into that minimum price hope that icn will be more expensive when the time comes.

was expecting someone will actually sell their ICO account but none so ever that I've seen that did it.
there was no one who successfully sold their account. was trying to check because i'd like to buy as well.

I think maybe they were not unwilling to sell their coins because there will discard their personal email, it is the main factor of them that are not willing to sell their coins ..

But still i saw some investors do tend to sell their account even compromising their email which i assume that they use newly created emails so that if they would intend to sell it in the future they would have no problem at all on giving the email. Price of ICN would be more that on the launch price.
