If ether price continuously to even decline, I would personally see it still as a kind of opportunity for me to acquire more of this coin for future, though the current price it is now is high already and whoever invest in Ethereum now will really be happy doing so in the future when bitcoin, Ethereum and other altcoins starts increasing.

The advantage of even holding bitcoin among all altcoins is that Ethereum is such a coin that usually respond to the increase if bitcoin anytime that we have one. If bitcoin lift in price today, you can expect that Ethereum will also rise in price unlike other altcoins that would have to wait for the full altcoins season for them to be able to gain any high profitable value.

And? What's wrong with that? The best time to accumulate is when everyone else is dumping. Would you rather buy in during the all time high whenever people are buying? As Warren Buffett once said "Be fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful". If I saw Ethereum dump 50% tomorrow, I'd trade my Bitcoin holdings for it in heart beat.

you didn't add the price in the early 2019 that falls below $100..

looking back at early months or in first quarter of this year it seems that we are still higher from 2nd quarter up to now right?

Thats not true ,failed and scam project is not really affect the price of ETH the ICO did. Price declines are not unique to ETH. if they use NEO or WAVES, it is even worse when those altcoins are even more discounted than ETH. Up to now, the foundation of Ethereum really works very well and their smart contract is still highly appreciated.
About bear market, it will soon end and be replaced by bull run. Don't worry, the market never drops forever.

ETH based tokens would not suffer. The price of ETH has nothing to do with the success of their individual projects.

The reason why ICOs that are based on ETH are suffering is more because of market saturation and the realisation of the wider market that most ICOs are not worth investing into at all. As long as the ETH network exists, and functions, its price should be irrelevant when determining the success of projects that run themselves on it.

Besides, I think that ETH prices have probably bottomed out in the short run anyhow. Nothing to really see here.

Not only ethereum suffers of decline and I can’t see it will continues to go down. As long there is developer in ethereum price can recover, price could increase in time. As I can see many users are still believing in this project though there are new platform competing with ethereum. I’m still having a high hope on eth that price will goes up again.
