after what happened at the beginning of the year, bitcoin prices have dropped very sharply

Bitcoin would reach the moon end of 2018 and as you said Bitcoin is not a threat to people or country, actually it is a threat to banks since banks oppse Bitcoin because they cannot steal people's money in the form of fees and charges once Bitcoin is replaced with paper currency. Don't take predictions or cautions of banks since they are the rivals of crypto market and they always talk negative about this big positive crypto.
In my opininon its going to be a green year by the end of the year.

This year btc will increase and decrease its price. This is the funny things that I know it is surely happen. The production of pump and dump will not stop and FUD will spread in the air and faster than the truth fundamentals to follow. Before the end of 2018 I do believe that it will be back soon because it is like roller coaster.

I think that previous year was the best year for bitcoin, bitcoin price rasided too much high in previous year, and still the current year bitcoin price is still trading in a low price but still we are hoping that 2018 will be the best year for bitcoin, we can expect that in 2018 bitcoin price will raise too much high in this year. Because still bitcoin has too much potential to increase its price.

The surge in bitcoin prices in 2018 is certain. Think about it by the end of 2017 that it's close to 20k so there's no reason to curb its development by 2018 and I'm sure it will reach at least 25k by 2018.
Probably in 2018 bitcoin would go in more aggressively, as far as 2018's end I think it will be gaining more popularity as social media sites like facebook, twitter, telegram users are spreading good news to netizens, this will increase the chance of more traffic and slower transactions due to its massive growth in 2017. Bitcoin is starting the slow in the early stage of 2018, hopefully this would change in the mid-stage of this year and more likely to become successful as 2018 ends.
so whats the next move?
If this price hike will continue sometimes in the start of 3rd quarter, then we can expect a very good future of bitcoin for this year. Rumors has it that its market price will exceed the ATH price last year.
I am expecting the rise to start happening from this 2nd quarter itself as if it crosses 10k or more in this quarter fro the next 2 quarter we can see more rise and possible it may cross 20k as well and make the new high compared to 2017.

I believe as well that we may not have so much this year like we had last year and if at all, we may just have to hit the previous ATH and go a little bit past it towards December and that is being reasonable. Nevertheless, the market can still change based on any factor, so no one can easily predict what would end up happening exactly except to hope.
