I think there will be an even greater opportunity when the decision of the SEC becomes public, if you think about it there are only two scenarios possible and the two are adverse for alts and good for the investor looking to invest in alts, the first one is that the SEC gives a positive decision, this will make the price of bitcoin jump but the price of altcoins will go down as everyone wants to sell alts and buy bitcoin and in the second scenario where the SEC decision is negative then all the market will go down but alts will go down faster than bitcoin like they always do.

coming from my experience, just relax and sit back. hodling is a virtue that not everyone has. be patient on waiting for you not to regret it in the future like me.
For the time being, I patiently hold coins in this bad market. For the time being I prefer to avoid risk and therefore I prefer to hold back.
I would still buy bitcoin despite the market's current situation. It is the first cryptocurrency after all; if any, this is the perfect time to buy bitcoins and I still trust that it will get back up again, hopefully sometime this year.
when compared to last June, the current market situation is better. I think it's the right time to buy altcoins. later when bitcoin prices are stable, the chances of altcoins will increase, and of course get profits 
It is a bad moment to buy altcoins, we are going to get the decision of the SEC in a little bit more than a month and whatever it happens is not going to benefit altcoins, so hold onto your altcoins for now, the best outcome in my opinion is that the bitcoin ETF is approved and then bitcoin goes up very rapidly and alts do not do the same or even go down, that will be the perfect time to buy altcoins since they will eventually go up once the excitement over the news fades. 
I have nothing to do except only hold and hope, so all my preferences are still on my wallet of different the diversified investments and I'm still waiting for them to recover the previous prices at least that I have bought with.

I have the same thoughts as you, now is a great opportunity to collect as many altcoins as possible, but I still don't know, which altcoins that have good progress definitely in the future
The market currently is not too good. One just has to be steadfast and continue to be optimistic it will recover.
now what I'm doing is to continue to wait for the price of bitcoin to rise again because I haven't gotten profit from bitcoin that I bought and I hope the price of bitcoin will recover soon

what I do in the current market conditions maybe I will just hold the coins I have and wait for the price to recover again, because I believe the market will recover and all prices will be better and more profitable

The market in recent days has been worrying me. My property has lost a lot. I have limited my investments. Hopefully next month the market will have good signals.
with current market conditions that is when the market goes down of course I will hold the coins that I have, maybe even I will buy, because this is an opportunity to be able to buy at a cheap price then get more profit
This is the waiting time, in winter btc and altcoins will have a better price than last year
I will keep holding coins which I think are strong, the decline is still premature because many think the momentum will occur in September, so I don't panic and even continue to buy altcoins that I like, fluctuations are still balanced with my life needs, so there is no panic element when I do the analysis.
What i have been doing with the current market is to put all my tokens on hold and wait till i see the my target price. If then i see my target price thats the time that i will be will to buy and sell. Being an impulsive nuyer or seller will not help you earn more.
I am kind of upset by nowadays market but I’m still sticking to the holding strategy. I think it’s better to buy some tokens now and patiently wait.
This is normal for someone to be upset with the market when it is down or red but one should know that the market is not static but dynamic and can go back to the equilibrium level to achieve its original cost and may be more than that.
Besides, the market right now is rising slowly and recovering as well so it is desired to invest now and hold your coins till we have another boom in the crypto market which will finally maximize your future profit.
