I think that the support is really important,but apart from that the best casino for me would have a lot of promotions and free spins for the players.It would give you the chance to make some profit,also the chat there would be really fun and a place where you can learn valuable information.Also it would have bonus on deposits and on number of bets where you would have some bonus to your account

So if I get it right the most important for you are the provably fair system and willing customer support?
What kinds of improvements would you like to see? I mean this should be standart nowadays.

The ideal online casino is that where you can play without depositing. Take primedice for example. You can easily register there and then play from their faucet and there are Happy Hours also when you can claim 10k sats from their faucet. Also I heard that there are sites with Poker Tournaments where you shouldn't pay anything for the entry and you can even win a prize participating, but I should learn how to play poker first.

There were also talks about a VR poker game. But doesn't look like that has been implemented right now. I believe its mostly because the lack of number of poker players who would in the first place buy a VR rig.

a good design, is what interests me a lot. i like to see a nice interface that improves my experience when i visit the site itself. and also this has to be fast, not a slow loading site on slow servers and lots of flash,...
