My suggestions for is that if you have token given from what you participated, better to hold them or if you really need to sell them check there telegrams updates if were exchanges they are listed. And sorry i dont participated an ico that having their own wallet.

1. you can make an analysis before sell it in supported exchanger. you can sell it or hold it. how to sell? trading in supported exchanger
