I personally will obey the rules made by the government
if the government prohibits people from giving money to beggars then we should obey the ban
because I most hate being involved with problems

I would like to buy an appartment. I would like to make video games for a living because it makes people happy and seeing a smile on someone's face is all I want. I would like to start my own company. I want to travel, to discover the american, british, japanese, egyptian and american culture. I would like to have enough money to travel. I would like to never get married and never have children. I would like to live freely.

I've been approached many times, I do not give money, I give them food. You won't know what they will do with the money you gave them. If they use it for drugs or something that will do them harm, then you contributed to their demise.

It depends on the situation. If you're sure that this beggar isn't a "scammer", then give him/her some money. But you should be really careful because most of  the beggars are just cheaters

If beggar will ask some money and iam still willing to give I will ask the beggar if he/she will spend the money by buying foods or not. And if yes, I will just bring her/him in the food store to buy foods for atleast i never give money which my country didnt allow due to some reasons. And I haven't disregard any laws of ths country which means I'm still a good citizen of the country.

if a beggar asks you for money, what will you do?
what if the rules in your country do not allow money to beggars and if you are still willing to give then you will get a fine.
so what would you do Huh

i'm having this, try to give me a solution .. thanks
Well if you see that person have nothing to eat so you will give him what that person wants even though he has strength enough to do works but still you need to give him and tell help that you should also work hard in order to survive because other says no pain no gain.

I once saw some dude get out of a brand new Buick and walk a half a block only to hold up a sign trying to convince people how down on his luck he was.  A lot of these people make more money than I do.  I wouldn't give them shit

I never give money to beggars.
Food, clothes, yes. Those are useful.

And you know why? Because, at least in my country, some of the beggars are just "working for somebody".
I don't know under what constraints, but many beggars just give the money at the end of the day to "collectors".
And then why bother with money when other things can help them directly?
And maybe this is not illegal in your country. So check about donating goods or food, it may be legal.

The laws of your country forbid you giving money to a beggar?   I assume they'd also forbid you from naming that country, but I am curious where you're from.

Never been a problem for me, since I wouldn't give anything to bums anyway.  Where I live, you can survive just fine not having any money whatsoever, and job opportunities are, at present, plentiful.  There are soup kitchens that serve three meals daily and shelters where you can stay for an unlimited length of time.  The government provides food stamps and free health care.
Therefore there's no need for a working person to give out cash to bums.

We know exactly what they're going to use it for.  The one thing that they can't get for free, which is alcohol, cigarettes, or drugs.
I used to think like you once upon a time, but then I learned in criminology that these people are disenfranchised for a reason and not because they want to be. Ask yourself this, what person wants to live on the side of the road? Nobody. And because of that I think we should all do whatever we can to make their days as best as possible. Put yourself in their shoes you would want the same empathy and care, I advise you to rethink your stance on homeless people.

If my country does not support it, I won't do it ever. However, I'll go for finding a solution to resolve the beggars problem. I'll help him to get a loan for doing small business, so that he won't be a beggarman anymore.
I'm sorry if I misundestood what you meant actually.
