if i ever get 100btc i would put it in a cold wallet and not touch it for 5 years unless i really need money. that is the only way you can increase it anymore, and not risk it.
I will buy a house,, spend it in food and help my parents. 
I will sell all and buy gold.
I'll donate half of it to charitable institution then invest the other half to make it grow even more.

With 100BTC? I would do everything that I could with that amount of money. I'd gamble with 1 of the total BTC though and invest at least 20BTC
It's a lot of bitcoins for me. First hour i would be confused probably, and later i would try to cash out half of it just to be sure is it real or I'm still dreaming.
