bitcoin actually can be used to buy other than that. many things can you buy with bitcoin. now that I have not been able to buy is to buy a house or apartment with the bitcoin. This time they only accept payment by fiat only
I hope that we can later spend some Bitcoin and that we can spend it in more stores and that it will be more used.

Yup I would agree with you many people doesn't aware of bitcoin. We all expecting more adoption in bitcoin. Once these has done We can buy anything by bitcoin.

I would like to buy many things in this list bad sadly currently I cannot buy any thing in my country and if I order from other country its going to be very high price for me which is not good idea

Well I think jewelry is also nice to sell online with the bitcoin and I think it can be profitable.

If ever, I want groceries and other food stuff to be bought with btc. Somewhere i can order online,paid in btc and in a matter of hours will delivered at my doorsteps.
But, there are not enough merchants supports this but still many are innovating now like the pizza delivery that accepts bitcoin.

I would probably buy first thing which is not listed is important. Groceries or food stocks which is very important water mentioned. Second important here which can be converted into another source of income is jewelry. Then can buy clothes or outdoor or gym equipment..This are all very helpful for any person doing everyday life..

You are 100% correct, I'd be buying in bulk from my local wholesalers and then selling on places like here. Plan to open a shop with lots of stock by July so I'm gather market research.
