Sold it at $280 Smiley Pretty good price for Bitcoin Gold. Current Bitcoin Gold price is $122 and I don't see it going up again anytime soon...

What you did with your bitcoin gold ? i have some but i don't know what to do whether hodl or sell.
Just dump it and invest in another altcoin which gives you best future. Bitcoin gold just another failure that will be nothing for sure. Only hyped coin with no purpose. Bitcoin gold was fixing nothing.
If the bitcoin gold claimed to fixed the decentralized and that's bullshit.

I couldn't do anything because the exchange I hold my Bitcoin didn't distribute Bitcoin Gold. They are not answering whether they distribute them or not. If they distribute it I'll immediately dump on the market. I don't believe it has any value.

Already gone. I didn't wait even 1 second to sell them. For me all bitcoin forks=free bitcoin obviously. You'll see those fork coins will lose too much power from their current values.

We still have access to our Bitcoin Gold (BTG) but unfortunately we missed the opportunity to dump it for $800 and now it crashed to a lot lower and probably will never go back up again. A shame, but hindsight is always 20/20 and I am not losing sleep over it.

I think I will end up just cashing them out at some point when the price rebounds enough to make it worthwhile. Right now it seems to be bottoming out and I suspect we'll see a rise in the next couple of weeks back to $300-400 for the long-term.

I did not even received them because most of my funds were on poloniex at the moment that the fork happened, and now i am not even able to claim them because you all know that most of the wallets have turned scam.
So i am unsafe, i dont want to move my funds to receive them because everybody knows that a lot of people have lost a lot of money because of all those scammy wallets that has been stealing those bitcoins from the wallets using their private keys, it is not fair.

I'll inform you that moving your bitcoins now makes no sense ( snapshot has been already made) and your only option is to wait if poloniex decides to provide you with BTG.

I didn't even get, and don't regret it. It seems foolish to risk your private keys for a couple of hundreds of dollars.

I only got a few bitcoin goldies, maybe less than two, but i have already dumped at the first moment that i could, i think that it sold them at $180 each one, i dont remember the exactly price in where i sold all of them.
But it is not a good coin, and a lot of people got scammed by those shitty developers and all those shitty wallets in where you were supposed to be receiving those free tokens.
It is a shame, and because of this, i am never going to be using or exporting my private key because of all of this recently scams.

i am not sure about future of btg too according of all this recently scams so i think i should sell them all

I have such an insignificant amount that I don't think I can even sell it without first buying some to then sell back the full amount so it's basically going to sit there forever until the value either increases or it turns in to virtual dust!

All my BTG coins are safe in my wallet and I will HODL them for a long term to earn profits in the long run since anything associated with bitcoin could blow up at any time according to me. If it drops in value, I don't have much to lose. If it rises, I will party like crazy. There are so many forks coming up and if I do receive some more forked versions of bitcoins, I will simply HODL them too.

What you did with your bitcoin gold ? i have some but i don't know what to do whether hodl or sell.

Nothing they are sitting in some address. I will hold them for a year or two beacuse it is not safe now to move them and there will be huge dump in near future.

why it is not safe to move them ? I moved them already to hitbtc Cheesy so i have little worries now

The mainnet is still unstable. And there is no support yet. But the trezor and leder are implemeting btg support on monday.
