It depends but mostly i used my bitcoins in trading and sometime in buying online things. And one thing more, i covert my bitcoins to fiat or local currency that is accepted here in my country and then i used that money to meet my expenses.Sometimes i used bitcoins for outing as well as buying clothes and different things.

Usually change it to US dollar then back again to butcoin. Problems are when the exchange rating of USD also changes. You have to consider all of that also. You might also want to register to other exchange site for better prices.
of course after i earned it I spend it, by spending we are helping bitcoin to survive and also give me motivation to earn more, but of course i wont spend it all, i save some portion to be invested, I usually sell my bitcoin in local exchanger to convert it to fiat
I'm holding my bitcoins and I'm also just spend it so now and than when there are some nice things for sale here on the forum or on an other website.

With my coins I gamble mostly, I bought couple netfilix accounts. I was looking to buy some more things, but I didn't found nothing special for my taste and with good price. When I`m selling my coins I use one guy from my country, it was recommendation from some older members from here. With him it`s very easy, I send him my bitcoins, he send me my currency on my bank account. I don`t need any need for paypal or other bank cards for foreign currencies. And I don't buy it, I just earn it, and with a bit of luck I`m trying to make something more with gambling. I`m also looking for different easy jobs that I can finish for some nice payments.
I personally invest around 25% of my btcs in promising altcoins and trading. Regarding the rest of them ,I keep them in my wallet while expecting them to increase in value. Also up to this point, I haven't considered selling any of my btcs for fiat 
I hope that your decision of holding them longer will prove profitable for you, but I don't believe in the same theory as I prefer to sell my coins when I can make profits from it and buy it again at lower price and repeat the process.

Bitcoin served as my daily provider, in terms of mobile load, and money.
I spend my bitcoin in some school projects and sometimes i spend it on buying foods and gadget.
I just sell my bitcoin to my friends. And lastly i never yet buy any single amount of bitcoin.
I am not doing much with them, the only thing that I am doing with my Bitcoin is holding on to them for the future when the value of the Bitcoin goes up.

You can use them in trading if you hold knowledge and skills to perform smart trades and if not then better to hold them without taking any risk and sell when price reaches to your expected level.

For now, trading is my main focus since I can do it whenever and wherever I wanted and I also have an idea of how it works and have a strategy already so its the best option for me. I don't spend it yet like buying goods or sending it to someone as payment but when I earn enough from trading then maybe I would buy something as a reward for myself and as a reminder that I get to earn from bitcoin. I'm also planning of sending money to my family and relatives in the future using it because it has minimal fees compared to using remittance center or banks.

im into trading and trying my bitcoin to grow more as well i really lobe the trade moves and learning the ways of earnings bitcoin helps me to learn everything now bitcoin serve as a regular currency for me since here in my country paying bills can be done and some luxury leisure also available to be bought using bitcoin payment process.
Trading is the best way to grow your coins as it will really help you in long run to earn more profits and if you dont want to experiment with your coins then I think you should simply hold it for future.

Most of my bitcoin I get from signature campaign and I use my bitcoin for trading, that way I can make my bitcoin grower.

I earn, buy and spend them on gambling once I have them, and when I am in need of hard cash I prefer to sell and convert it to my local currency.
Well i used bitcoin to earn and save it for future. And spend bitcoins some in buying steam wallet codes and load also. But i didnt sell neither buy bitcoins even once, i just earned it in some sites, invest and from this forum.
