I am very sure most of the players that get scammed understand all this, they know deep down that the site could be illegal but the desire to make money covers their sense of thinking. The reason I know this is my gambling friend shared his experience with me on how he got scammed and in his words, the site was suspicious but the offers were too good to be true so he decided to take the risk and that was how he lost so much money.

If confused if one is confused on the site to pick, there are a lot of them on this forum and also reviews are available to clear the air on the reputation status. Scammed players are always the greedy, unintelligent and lazy players.

I think with every trick in the book are being exposed, and all of the tactics are being used, you would encounter scams that abuse somewhat their website. Imagine having to be able to see all of the players there winning. Okay, let's say they could, and you would be able to do it, but in reality, you cannot verify that because it's just a screenshot and it can be edited.

What matters, in my opinion, is that to check the reputation of that particular website and to see what others tell about it. That's why we have a forum to discuss different matters with different opinions. Maybe someone believes in that, and others don't, it's still up to us if we are going to go for it or not. You decide when and how you will play the gambling game.

That's right. We could only give them a suggestion and let them choose what suit for them is. We could hope that they don't make the same mistake because they have those experience before.

Perhaps, if they knew this forum, they could search on here first before they search from googling because I am not sure that by googling they can find a legit gambling site. There were so many legit gambling sites that have been reviewed by many members on here so that can guide them to choose.

I think people would do these instead of knowing the better sites is since as other people said it, not all of these gamblers would be able to tell the legitimate and not. Btw i have typo on there and what i mean is *news. Like for gambling site, i use it for every activity in crypto. It is better to lose some fees than put our money in a site. Although it is reputable or not.

You should drop a name and post your evidence, we can consider this just an assumption, gamblers nowadays want a provably fair system and I don't think they are going to go for a small betting site, if they are betting big, they will go for a big and reputable betting site with no bad reports.

It is always better to play on trusted established gambling casinos as compared to new ones. However, the owner shouldn't be left to walk freely. Research should be conducted and he should be pinned down to pay every funds.
His scamming tactics was really different as he waited to gain people's trust as many usually look out for reviews before using a gambling site.

You should let us know the name of the casino that scammed your friend or is this just a made up story? Anyways, if the casino is not provably fair and there is no way you can verify your bets, you shouldn't even play there in the first place. It becomes easily noticeable if fake announcements of winners were made. Too bad your "friend" wasn't paying details on all these signs of scam.
That is why never play on a new casino. Why would you even go there while there are lots of well known casino available?

What we could do if an open source based gambling house starts scamming after years of maintaining reputation? I mean we do start trusting a new services only because of our known persons are not facing any problem with that services. I am not sure about most other people here but this is the simple way, I do start using any new services.

At the same time, no one could do anything about a business which turns scam at all of sudden. It should be treated as an accident as we could do nothing about that. Be warned anything and anyone may scam you at any time. Hence, just risk at your affordable level. No other way we have Cool
