They know very well as they reply all (except those which has been replied by the admin of the exchange) the complain on their site. And for the accusation which has been solved monitored by the bestchange team.

It was solved as 50% loss of both (user and exchange). On that time until solve the case bestchange just disable their listing.

Yes, uniochange doing their business very unprofessional. And in this way user will be loser as the user see it is automatic so trade will be complete asap but for manual if it takes several hours or day then the user may face a lot of problem. For example you will give me 1000$ skrill where you charged me 900$ bitcoin. But I have no bitcoin and I ordered by perfect money on uniochange if the complete that for several hows or day then what will happen to you and me; can you imagine? Also, the rate of that time may decrease a lot in this case who will bear the loss? Its a big problem.

The answer might be same if you can think the answer "why promoter of scam project get negative feedback?" See the promoter of 1xbit and many more. Actually they are promoting for getting referral bonus or listing fee. So, if the promote any scam project/unprofessional project they should be liable for that.

Best change is supposed to share all the alternative option you have for your exchange. Though from the ethical view, I think they should do enough homework before listing, but people who use the services are mostly responsible in my opinion.
Best change shared the best rate, they don't say this is trusted or that's not trusted. There are feedback system. Users put feedback too.
Now, regarding the automation, bestchange just have shared what they could get from the site. They didn’t test I think. Anyway, I don't see why would they be liable mostly here.

Did you write to Best_Change in detail? As far as I know when Best_Change notices a scam exchange listed in their monitor then they investigate it and take appropriate action. I saw your thread marked as a solved thread. Although I hadn't read the story your thread proves that the exchange in question hasn't been scammed by the way. So yes, if they are handling manually and write it as an automatic then they are lair or unprofessional. I am not sure, but if Best_Change mentions then as an Automatic exchanger then you should write to them about the issue. Who know during the listing process uniochange it was automatic. Perhaps Best_Change didn't update due to lack of information. So the right approach will be write to Best_Change support.

Few days ago I had created a topic about uniochange scam. The accusation has been turned into 50% loss of the site and 50% loss of the user. That incident happened for the delay of payment. I do not know either they are operating their business in legit way or scam. They have about 42 comment on bestchange most of them were complain. About 50% positive feedback and 50% complain. I am curios to know the professionalism of unicochange as well as bestchange. Both on uniochange as well as bestchange it is showing that service of uniochange is automatic mode.

But on the feedback section we know already that they are not using automatic mode. And I think they told it earliar too but I noticed they told that their service is not automatic and it is Manuel.


If the service is manual then why they will say it is automatic? Is it for scam or unprofessional.
Also, as uniocnahge provided wrong information why bestchange listed that and why they will not delist? Why bestchange will mention it automatic while they are not? Is bestchange doing their listing service only to get their payment? They have no liability for the unprofesinalism and wrong information for those service who has been listed on bestchange? I am confused about the professionalism of bestchange.
