You need to hire a good developer and also a good adviser where they could advise any thing that can make your project at its best state. on what I know you have to pay 20.000$ for the developers every month so it is very expensive to make and develop a crypto coin.

I think if you could learn how to edit a myspace page back in the early 2000's and were less than 15 years old. You need to be able to edit some code and upload it to github. I think this is the hardest part, aside from making the coin worth anything

Agreed. Developing a cryptocoin requires teamwork. You need programmers. You need a mining team. Of course, you need a marketing a team.
There are multiple youtube videos that show how you can issue your own coin - but it is useless unless it is backed up by a plan, team, strategy.
