With large capital owned, investors can buy most of the supply of coins, so they try to promote good stuff about coins to 'pump' prices. Therefore Investors who invest heavily in small coins can cause prices to rise and fall inadvertently.

If I think, with good knowledge and broad, anyone can develop or promote something very well, including cryptocoin, because if it is well managed then the value of cryptocoin will be high.

"  anyone can develop or promote something very well, "  - ... Are you sure?  I wish I had that " broad" something))) LOL

For the reason of not being competent. Invest your time and efforts into studying instead of looking for easy answers

What are the requirements to develop a crypto coin? lets suppose its initial price of 8satoshi.. how much amount will be needed completely? who will develop whats needed?
A couple of things you need to be aware of. Number one, considering a perfect coating and a perfect launch, and everything else going exactly as planned, your Alt coin will be one of hundreds that are lost within a 60-day period. The next thing you need to take it a consideration is the fact that you don't have it a program or coding experience.

So meaning if you have a experience about program or coding you are not qualified? In what reason?

You need to hire a good developer and also a good adviser where they could advise any thing that can make your project at its best state. on what I know you have to pay 20.000$ for the developers every month so it is very expensive to make and develop a crypto coin.

I believe there must be a lot of work to do, such as coding, marketing and designing. It's certainly a team work!

I think if you could learn how to edit a myspace page back in the early 2000's and were less than 15 years old. You need to be able to edit some code and upload it to github. I think this is the hardest part, aside from making the coin worth anything Wink

Does this sound that you are interested in creating your own token?
i think you need to have a team

Agreed. Developing a cryptocoin requires teamwork. You need programmers. You need a mining team. Of course, you need a marketing a team.

There are multiple youtube videos that show how you can issue your own coin - but it is useless  unless it is backed up by a plan, team, strategy.
