They keep me on waiting about my deposited ethereum. It's still not reflected on my dashboard.
Their reasons are, 1. 2FA upgrade of the website, wait for 24 hours. 2. Still upgrading website, but the complaint was already forwarded to account department, wait for 4 hours. 3. New year, no one in the account department can do the transaction, wait for 24 hours.
Their provided deposit address is NOT UNIQUE for each client.
It is just their own wallet address:

B.S. Arbitragecoins.com has mega issues and problems. Customer Service chat (the only method of contact) takes hours to get a response and if you don't respond right away, they dump you and you have to wait some more hours to start the conversation over. If you're not a complete scam, you don't have near enough customer support. Remember that people are more likely to resolve the issue on your site first. It's only after tiring efforts to get things resolved that most people will bitch on the forums. No proof needed, it's human nature. Good Customer Service doesn't demand proof. So your option here is to support your customers and quit scamming them -that's the only solution.

Im going to build the system out of parts w a friend and deposit coins into all the exchanges myself and get software to do the arbitrage myself. You can't trust any of these clowns. Read above.
I'm still looking for a good one. i gave arbitragecoins.com a shot but the are a complete scam. they say they did 489 trades today yet my coins weren't among the ones traded? thats nonsense. They aren't trading my coins, that are adding them to the total amount of coins BEING traded for them and by them. every trade they enter, I should be in on as long as its my coin. I have been going in circles with their EXTREMELY lame customer service while I got the distinct feeling they were snickering. they are full of BS. Anyway, I can't even get them to send my ether back to my account without verifying my PERSONAL information. That defeats the whole purpose why most people are into crypto.... for the anonymity! Stay away or you will lose your coins GUARANTEED. I did!!! Seriously, how many people do you think signed up, sent them coins, and now can't do squat because they want to know your real identity! the problem with arbitrage is that the spreads are rarely big enough to cover the fees because for big coins like bitcoin with a huge market, the price is always at a balance between exchanges because people buy and sell it the same everywhere unless that exchange has some issues.
on top of it, you will find that there are a lot of competitions in this method. others are also doing it which makes it riskier and harder to make decent profit to justify the effort.

I found a project on GitHub (was originally posted here) and it was a fully-functional arbitrage both for like 10 exchanges. However, last I check it wasn't working.

you need to calculate the time when you want to perform arbitrage, is it valid or not? i think if validation is fast, it would be worth to do arbitrage.
