There are a few ICOs right now that someone new can look into, and from the list you created in your poll, i would say Wabi and Utrust.
But im currently participating in trade.io too, and i feel its a good ICO. It's promising and seems to be doing well in ICO, also trade.io has raised $18mil+ so far and over 9500 have participated in joining this great ICO. The team of trade.io is constantly building towards success and i believe that it will be the next best blockchain trading platform.

For a newbie,
I would suggest looking into the ICO called trade.io.
trade.io is an innovative new blockchain trading platform that will disrupt the financial ecosystem and democratize the markets.
They use peer-to-peer platforms to support the trading of a wide range of assets, and will be launching their own cryptocurrency, the Trade Token, which you can now acquire via ICO.
They currently have a bounty program available which has attracted many users in this community. Airdrop also available if you join the TradeToken telegram group!!!

It has been the most solid ICO i've come across in the passed year! Be sure to check it out.

Also, Ive been browsing for long and i've also found a new ICO thats upcoming and i wanted to share it with you guys, its called DIW token, and i would recommend this one too. The project is about Decentralized Security and its something that will interest most of us now and the future.
The link for that is below too:

Depends to an individual, But before you enter Ico's, you must read and make a wise choice about their project especially on their platforms, roadmap, team members, and everything you must know, This is the best way to decide where to choose projects:)

For me being a newbie you must join into a long term ico, an ico that will last 2 or 3 months so that you can rank up and by ranking up you will have more stakes when you get into a short term ico there are many tips that is just one of which

I really did not think of the surprise that wabi brought to us all. This made me confirm that binance is a big casino impression. Of course, this is not a derogatory term. I very much hope bankex can visit baly exchange.

I think PundiX is now one of the best projects to invest in.

Buying cryptocurrency should be as easy as buying a bottled water. Pundi X’s mission is to make buying cryptocurrency as easy as buying bottled water. As the Walmart and 7-Eleven of cryptocurrency, they want users to buy and use cryptocurrency anytime anywhere.

I like such kind of thinking.

I was really hopeful of UTrust but bounty and investors were really bad. My trust and hope for him disappeared. Instead I support INS now.

Ins is very good project and seems potential. It has good concept and good back team there. Lot of giants signed as partners. Thats why i believe this project,

From the presented options, I would choose UTRUST.
They have a good product and a decent team. In addition, they, as far as I know, had a successful ICO.

In the above mentioned the pool. I would like to choose the utrust.
In the month of September and October Utrust is in the list of top three new launced ICO which is best to invest dude.
Then you can invest in the ICO which is I am part of it (propthereum) dude. They have the partnership with the multiple bitcoin investor groups and sites.

Whatever the ICO you gonna choose but read their white paper and blog to understand about the project stability in future.

Yes , i normally read the whitepaper. Some are technical but i read. Sometime i give to someone to translate me.. Utrust not support to some countries.anyway you are ledgendery so i thanks for you to guide us
Don't look at the member status on this forum much. People can be mistaken as well as just not very competent in questions of icos and altcoins. Rank is given for activity only. I am not saying that xIIImaL advice is bad, though.
Nevertheless, I think that you really should rely on yourself only in such questions. I prefer not to invest in icos at all, for they may end up badly and you'll just lose the money. I think it's better to buy the coins which are already listed on exchanges. At least this way you can always sell what you have for something and that minimizes your risks.

The Ico should be considered from a position of confidence in the team and the technology. And also the desire to develop in the future.
Find a good team and research on how many people will purchase the coin.

I would recommend Gladius.  While dont take my word for it the community for it has grown quickly since the announcement for them and I wish I had jumped on earlier.  I truly believe in their model to use shared bandwidth to defend against DDOS attacks.  I can see the public presale going extremely well and it starts on the 24th! While most of my funds are tied up in other projects I am making it a point to go out and obtain some extra GLA where I can.  Take some time and read their whitepaper and roadmap and I think you will be very pleased where they are headed.

Bro if we tell you which is best, others will contradict so the best ICO you can find is by searching in google or here in bitcointalk.
There is no best ICO.
Someone could suggest an ICO to invest in then that person who found that the person who sold them coins bought during some kind of bonus phase of the ICO.
