Here's my list

Binance
Kucoin
Bitmax

Those exchange sites will be giving you 2 BTC as your withdrawal limit for a new account that doesn't complete the KYC verification. You can still trade on those exchange sites without feeling worried about the KYC verification.
I have been using those sites since a few years ago and I never encounter any problem.

On top of my head is Binance, a lot of top altcoins but not all though, shitcoin are not their thing.

And then we have Bybit and Bitmex as well. But overall though, Binance still top everything, one of the best in the game right now, liquidity and trading volume is also very good.

So best of luck and happy trading.

Just like the title says. I haven't been "in the loop" and up-to-date on the Bitcoin world as much as I'd like to be lately. I'm looking to see what's the most trusted exchange lately to deposit a little bit of BTC, trade some Altcoins, and withdraw some BTC again without having to worry about some shady exchange site that will try to take my money and run. Also don't want to mess with all of that KYC/AML regulations needing me to send in all of my private & personal info. like my Driver's License and Social Security Card. Only looking to start with like $20 worth of BTC, so nothing too crazy, but want it to be trusted and reputable enough that I could be playing with say $20,000 worth of BTC eventually and not worried about my coins disappearing or having problems withdrawing my coins.

Appreciate all help and advice, and if this isn't in the right spot of the forum please feel free to move it.

Thanks,

I think binance & Kucoin & Gate.io exchange can easily solve your problem. By the way please don't lose your 2fa security key, bcs if you lose & contacted support team by email to disable it they will ask about KYC. So be aware kyc.

Yes, as a trader or investor, we must always be careful and keep the security key 2fa. Do not let us lose the security key. Suppose the security key 2fa is a mobile number, then do not let you lose your mobile phone. Because the support team will ask for your personal data and important documents when you report about the status of your locked account.

And when it talking about exchanges, there are many traders who use Binance as an exchange that do not require KYC. although Binance is not the only one, there are still Kucoin and other exchanges. There are many reasons a trader uses Binance as an exchange. One of them is binance always tops the list as the exchange platform with the highest daily volume. And beat nearly 225 other exchange platforms. This proves binance to be the most popular exchange platform for cryptocurrency buying and selling transactions.

Binance will be the best choice for you to trading altcoin without filling KYC. But you need to agree with the rules that you will get limitations no withdrawal amount. If you want to withdraw more than 2 bitcoin, you need to do KYC, but I see that you don't like to do KYC, so you need to satisfy with the amount of withdrawal. Binance is a good place to trade, even for beginner because they can see that binance have a big list of the altcoin, and they can select one or two coins to trade.

You can use defi exchanges like Uniswap which doesn't require any KYC. Most centralized exchanges don't require any kyc either but only upto a certain amount. There are too many exchanges to choose from really.
Uniswap is a bad recommendation right now because of high transaction fee, it's more convenient to use binance exchange for trading and withdrawal, mind you can you really trade on Uniswap? That's not called trading it's just a swapping mechanism as you won't be able to trace charts and token movements, this is only possible on Centralized exchanges

DEX would have been the perfect choice but you can't trade on DEX, you can only instaswap coins and tokens, CEX is still the best place for trading altcoins, presently binance and Okex or kucoin allows non verified users to trade and withdraw but I advice KYC because sooner or later the SEC might force all Centralized exchanges to abandon non verified users

Binance and Kucoin is the only exchange I know that is good yet doesn't require any KYC, just email or number verification. It's probably not the best BUT they are user friendly that will definitely make your experience easier compared to other exchanges. They also have mobile app that you can use.

most major exchanges do not enforce email verification for large withdrawals. like Binance, which limits 2 bitcoin transactions per day for members who don't kyc. not just binance, but kucoin, hotbit, okex, or any other major exchange. personally i would choose binance for this.
most of exchanges provide 2bitcoin for daily limit, and for retail traders like us maybe its enough . if its enough , just create another account to add our limit so we still keep our personal information. as i know , exchange that request KYC for each transaction was P2PB2B , with low trading volume its not worth to give them our data.

I think most of the exchange no matter how popular it is such as binance, houbi, kucoin, cointiger, and etc., does not required KYC procedure if you are just making a trade and withdraw a small amount of crypto. I think KYC process is only for a those who wanted to withdraw a bigger amount of crypto which is only to verify the transaction is legit or not.

You don't have to go through any KYC verifications to trade and withdraw on some top exchanges like binance, huobi, bithumb, kucoin, hoo, Okex, the only let down is there are limits on withdrawal in every 24hrs, binance non verified users can withdraw up to 2btc only

Have said above i will second that Binance is still the Best for any coin specially if you are not exceeding 2 bitcoin worth KYC was not require and you can just always maintain that  amount of transaction for you to remain private.

I use binance for trading and as long as my gains are lower then i can Buy and withdraw constantly.

But In crypto if you become a High gainer then better use KYC for your funds security.

Like another user already said, binance is the biggest and best exchange in the crypto industry right now and as such, is the best place to trade bitcoin and altcoins if you know how to day trade, but then, they require you pass kyc if you are going to be withdrawing high amount of USD in every 24 hours.

But if you are head bent on finding an exchange that does not ask you to pass kyc no matter the amount of money you want to withdraw, then am sorry but you might end up with a shitty exchange with no volume and liquidity to even allow you trade effectively, so I personally advice you go for binance, it's the best place for day traders to trade.

Not your keys, not your coins!
Binance is a big exchange and it is perfect to trade altcoins on Binance. They have many pairs for altcoins and many types of trades. The exchange don't ask KYC if you don't want to withdraw more than 2 BTC each day.

Does it meet your demand?
