in your opinion which blockchain could beat the Ethereum ... and why  ??? ?

There is no Ethereum killer, and if the market goes like this, there will never be. :/ But even if this slogan is not true, it works. Because it has a very strong challenge ability. It's a good slogan in terms of advertising strategy. Everyone who hears the slogan pays attention to the subject. The reality of the slogan remains in the background.

None. The ethereum killers are already an old legend that is many years old. In so many years, if it were possible, it would have happened, just as the bitcoin killer would have proven itself long ago, if it existed. But Ethereum holds the lead among smart contracts and is unlikely to be displaced by anyone, especially after the introduction of EIP-1559, which made the asset deflationary and attractive for long-term investing. Other smart contract platforms will also do well, but are unlikely to take the No. 1 spot in this ranking.

Currently potential and good quality coins are only ethereum and Bitcoin, these two coins have a fairly large and growing community and community, so the possibility to be beaten by other coins is quite difficult, BNB which has a real community and stability is also not able to beat Ethereum, especially other coins that are not very stable in the market, the comparison of Ethereum with ordinary coins is quite large, so it is not suitable compared to Ethereum
I think only BNB competitor has the potential to go against Ethereum ranking position but it certainly won't be able to, but we see that market conditions will continue to change and the possibility that BNB has a chance to become more popular than ETH is unavoidable as the two top altcoins are mutually exclusive. compete.

Ethereum is in it's own open-source repository. It has its own functionality and pretty sure there won't be such thing as "Ethereum killer". If there had been an Ethereum Killer just like how some people claim that Bitcoin forks are going to be replacing the original Bitcoin, it should have been done long time ago, but meh.
As others mentioned in here, it could be Ethereum itself. Smiley

None, Ethereum will exist and be on top as it’s the first mover for smart contract blockchain. Ethereum should be dead by now if investors don’t trust it at the first place because it’s underperforming for so many years  compared to competitors new blockchain yet Ethereum still get the number 2 spot and many investor staking there ETH for ETH2.0 reward. New good blockchain project can be hype but not to the point that it can beat Ethereum as you mention. Ethereum will live as long as cryptocurrency exist.
Correct, just as bitcoin has a massive first mover advantage over all the coins currently in the market, and any coin that could be created in the future, we can say something similar about ethereum, the advantage ethereum has over other coins is so significant that it is probably never going to evaporate, that does not mean that worthy rivals will not appear, it just means that I do not believe they can surpass ethereum as the number of people and projects running above it is enormous.

in your opinion which blockchain could beat the Ethereum ... and why  Huh ?

For me the only real Ethereum "killer" is ethereum itself. If they are able to finally make the full switch to PoS and if this then means that the transaction costs are going down significantly then i don't think that any other project can really "kill" ethereum. By significantly lower transaction costs i am talking about below 1 USD and perfect would be a fee of around 0,10 USD because then Ethereum would be fully usable also for small purchases and small trades again. If they can do that within the next 1 or 2 years then Ethereum will definitely stay the number 1 smart contract platform and deservedly so, as they have invented all that stuff.

I don't think any coin has yet been born to kill the Ethereum coin. And I don't think it ever will, because Ethereum is one of the best secure and trustworthy coins for investment in the cryptocurrency world.
Just as it is now impossible for coins to touch Bitcoin, I think Ethereum would not be so easy for anyone else to beat. And I don't think it's wise to compare.

None of them will become the Ethereum killer because this coin will still be the best choice of investor compare to any other coin around, Maybe some of them will just use it for daily usage but in the end of the day in terms of use case and adoption ETH will always be the second choice of people. There are coins claiming to be like that but I doubt they can and maybe they just use it because they want to hype up people to buy their coin then hold it for long term and this is dangerous knowing that they are prone to get dumped and some of them turn scam.

Beat "the Ethereum" in which metric? Number of users, marketcap? We are still in the early stages of crypto and it's only a matter of time before more advanced blockchains like ICP and Celo eclipse Ethereum.

the closest is the BSC. the reason is that nowadays, very many developers are starting to look for alternatives to ethereum because the fees are quite expensive. many projects are starting to develop their network from ERC20 to BSC. however, it's only close, but I think BSC is still lacking to beat Ethereum. however, although many people prefer ethereum over BSC, for now, I tend to prefer using BSC over ethereum until the fee is cheap.

for now no one can. The toughest competitor is BSC, but unfortunately the network is too centralized and too many shit tokens on the network make it worse. and other networks like solana still have their own problems. solana still couldn't find a solution for their network outage. Terra is still less popular even though their network is good. avalanche, also has a chance but is still very far from being able to beat ethereum. meaning that currently ethereum is so powerful that it is impossible to kill.

This called ethereum killer became so popular when NEO army was attacking ethereum and at the same time the ethereum blockchain became very slow compared with the new blockchain. So many times NEO have been declared to be ethereum killer since a few years ago but it's not happening until now. Ethereum killer just a name for people to call the potential project that could possibly kill ethereum but they didn't even know what the project will be in the future. The name of ethereum killers was an old name and this is too old to be used for now.
People know so well about that.

Most blockchains created later want to be ETH killers but it's all just hype to get investors' attention, there really isn't a single blockchain that can become an ETH killer.

We still don't know what the future holds. But it is clear that new blockchains today are also facing a lot of problems like ETH and converting ETH from POW to POS will help the network running smoothly and gas fees will be greatly reduced, if the upgrade event is successful, it will put ETH far ahead of the rest of its competitors.

I don’t think there can be an Ethereum killer at the moment, there are good alternatives like the Binance Blockchain, Polygon, and Arbitrium that overcome the main Ethereum blockchain issues like high fees and slow transactions, but they are only a temporary alternative to Ethereum and they cannot replace it permanently, it is a matter of time Just because when we move to Ethereum 2.0 all these problems will be eliminated and Ethereum will regain its place.

it was solana but seems failed again to beat ethereum and clearly good at the start up only like those other projects that was created to become an ethereum killer also in the space, but as you can see until now they can't take over. Lmao so i suggest dont expect that there will be someone that will become successful coz ever since before no one can halt it.  And that ethereum killer stuff is obviously just some sort strategy to get more attention, so stop believing they can beat ethereum.

for now? None, nothing is as realiable as Ethereum platform. Indeed the new projects offer something new and fresh, but most of them proven not reliable while handling big traffic, many project get slow when lots of people using them, some of them even shut down. The closest thing to Ethereum might be Binance Chain but it still need a lot of work to compete with ethereum.

ETH still is too big to have a real killer. But if everything is going well, I´ll say that NEO can take some huge part from ETH. Even the 3rd post in this thread was like "EOS and NEO are dead". No, they are not. And NEO is more alive than ever. It got a huge upgrade with N3 and the change to a new NEO blockchain, so old blockchains like ETH are going to see a big wall in the future. And I´m not just talking about the fees there. NEO has everything a smart contract platform needs - now and in the future. Also there currently is a NEO hackathon with already more than 400 developers taking part on it.

According to my research, QTUM, a hybrid cryptocurrency that combines the finest features of bitcoin and Ethereum, is one of the most promising candidates for Ethereum's crown. As a result, QTUM's blockchain smart contract capability is provided via a more robust x86 Virtual Machine, similar to bitcoin core.

kill? I thought no one would be able to do it. Ethereum is very powerful and very hard to beat. but if the question is turned to which blockchain can compete tightly, I have one project in mind. the project is Avalanche, it's a new and better network when compared to the current ethereum network. and i predict that avalanche in the future will just be a difficult competitor for ethereum. even when ethereum migrates to eth2.0, avalanche will remain its formidable competitor.
