My idea is to make the cash and invest it into buying property, then just hire someone to look after the properties and just live off that and retire young. Can travel around or sell one if I get bored.

After reaching my target. I will cash out 80% money. Then with few % of money will buy some lands and will make some buildings to rent flats. This income is for the lifetime without risk.
Then will do some farming projects (poultry/dairy).
Then will buy 2 cars in middle range price. 1 for mine only and 1 for family.
After that, I will travel and travel and travel to worlds beautiful places.
