My biggest lost was around 0.3 in a dice site
It was 0.5 at CoinRoyale's blackjack table
I won a cool bitcoin betting 0.1 against Rhonda Rousey. Then I lost it all on dice playing martingale strategy - 15 losses in a row. Fuck me
My biggest loss was in a plink site when i lost around 0.3Btc in one drop.And talking about multiple bets i lost around 0.7BTC in dice site when i played on back to back at 90%win chance and got a series of >90's lined up.Well that was a disaster and i still curse myself whenever i think about those rolls.
just check my primedice account and i have found 0.02BTC,its not big loss for everyone,but for me its huge amount. and now i'm not playing gambling,just today 
I think 0.02 BTC is not a huge amount dude. when I have a history that is lost by it I certainly would not stop gambling I shall continue to gambleafter all you can get recover 0.02 BTC when primedice give you giveaway LOL

I was half drunk and I though it is a good idea to start gambling with machines. But it wasn't, and a piece of advice - don't ever gamble while drunk.

That should be a good experience for you and for all of us, next time dont gamble when you drunk. Gambling when you drunk will make you out of control, even normal people will hard to control their emotion on gambling. So it is recommended to gamble when you drunk.

my biggest loss in gambling was in late evening, i was very sleepy, and i played dice game, and i have no idea why but i bet 0,2 bitcoin and i lost, of course that next day i was very, very sad for that, because who wouldn't, 0,2 bitcoin is pretty a lot, but i won 0,3 bitcoin next day there so it was bit better

My biggest lost was a few pennies, nothing more. As I am a newbie and learning all about there, after that I will look that what happens.

I have lost 1 btc in sports betting few months back and that was my biggest loss, and after that I have decided to gamble in small amount so even If I loose it won't affect my financial status.
That is really big loss, I think sports betting usually ends in profit but its 10 times more fun and excitement in sports betting than in dice. You play against house edge like 10-17% when playing sports, while dice is just 1-2% hardly. my biggest losses in gambling have always been in dice games. especially because i am usually playing dice using martingale strategy (not all the time though) but as we all know martingale always leads to a big losing streak that will drain the bankroll.
Because of martiangle , I change my method into low chance of winning so I can win 0.09 with 1000 satoshi
At the end I'm bust when I try to bet with 90% chance of winning and the result not always win

i will be having losses once in a while but for the past two days i had really huge loss with the help of PSG and Real Madrid . all of my Doge and LTC are gone, lost 3 BTC as well as some more in another bets.

I have lost around 0.055 BTC in directbet once in a cricket match. I thought team would do turnaround but they really showed me that they are dumb, well it was none other than England, I thought they will win but well, anyways.
