Signing a message will cause a lot of doubts to go away as a first step. Second one is to hire a good manager that has a good history in Bitcointalk, like Lutpin for example. While there have been successful campaigns run by a newbie things have changed quite a lot in the forum. Since you are getting a lot of applications to your campaign signing that message that you really own the money to pay the members for at least one week, would be as I said a giant step to add credibility to your campaign.
