I always have had a balanced diet with the right quantity of all the nutrients that my body needs, sometimes I gift to myself a pizza and a beer.

anyone else feel like not eating most of time? i usually have to force myself to eat. i guess im just a low energy type of guy.

i try to keep the sugar intake low; it's insane how much sugar americans consume.

same thing happening here, i have ideal body mass index, yet everyone keeps calling me skinny, and most of them have fat stomach or atleast 20 kg extra.
i never take other ppl advices when it comes to food, when im hungry i eat what i want, and dont avoid what i like.
simply put, i listen what my body wants..

I find myself eating mostly snacks throughout the day and not as many full meals. I should really be eating more full meals. I've lost a lot of weight in the last year or two, like at least 60 pounds, which was good to a point, but now I find I'm losing too much weight. I eat a lot of junk food but that doesn't add up to enough calories I don't think.

Nowadays I've been trying to lose some wirght so I have started to only eat twice a day and half the portion as usual. In the beginning I sort of felt kinda hungry all the time but my stomach got used to it in the end. Smiley

I'm usually only hungry when I'm tired. A bit weird, but if I have slept well during the night, I usually don't get hungry until I start getting tired again… I usually eat something anyway, just to give my body some energy to work with.

For most of the time I eat meals my mom makes. I don't have any money on my own so don't have a choice. Good thing that she is great cook and homemade meals made by ger are tasty, fresh and healthy.

I just eat what I want to. I don't care at at all. As long as it is tasty Smiley

you might end up like that guy with a glucose level of 700+. it's good to be mindful of what you put in your system. you can tell a difference. over the  years, i have learned to pay attention to the whims of my desires - often times i can't control them, but i sure as hell would like to.

I am quite poor. I don't have money for fancy meals. I don't eat sweet things, I drink only water, bread with cheese or ham. Rice, pasta and potatoes. I never eat fast foods because they are too expensive for me.
I think I will be quite alright.
Im so hungry right now and nothing to eat...meh...

What country do you live in? The States or outside of it?

I am from Poland, Europe. Not really rich country to begin with. But I am really worthless person, so someday I will probably die from starvation... and not from high glucose Cheesy so sad...

oh, that's good then. but that's not necessarily "eating what you want" or.. is it? do you get tired of that kind of diet? i get potatoes and fry my eggs with coconut oil - it's fairly cheap for a meal (probably $1.50 will fill you up) and tasty enough.

I have high metabolism to be honest. So I try to keep it up by drinking green tea, and eating a Bento. So I try to eat veggies and proteins evenly throughout the day. But of course I'm not Mr. Olympus, so I do slip up some point out of that day. But that would possibly be eating 1-2 bags of chips, drinking a soda, eating ramen, or whatnot.
