Halving is a process that will limit the creation of bitcoin. And this, not a general thing, because this is specified in Bitcoin's whitepaper. This is the 3rd halving of Bitcoins occurring in the coming 2020. Day by day many new users are entering into the bitcoin payment network system which is also included other altcoins too.

The world is entering into the new era of economics and finance. Of course, considering the current price of Bitcoin, the overall market conditions, rising demand, and the future, Bitcoin will certainly hit a new high.

There are many posts that I keep seeing about the halving. The experts says that it will lead to bitcoin to reach the moon where it can beat it previous all time high. I do not easily believe in someone claims because for me fundamental and sentimental analysis are not effective. I only rely on technical analysis because it is the analysis that is effective to me.

I think that the bottom was reached at 3k and we'll gradually go up from here. When a price hits certain level and bounces back to where it came from like it did at 6400 it indicates a strong bottom, so just like 3k was the bottom after the high of 20k 6k is the bottom after the high of 14k we had this year. We'll keep taking higher lows in 2020. The next bubble after the halving. Maybe in Winter of 2020?

The expectations are quite positive, because despite the ups and downs that have occurred in this year 2019, cryptocurrencies have been expanding and it is expected that by 2020 growth will be accelerated for both Bitcoin and other new projects, the amount of Cryptocurrencies have grown incredibly and those projects are looking for a position in the market, many will get it in the year 2020.

In the future, we hope that the speculation we make does not make the people who read it feel disadvantaged afterwards. Halving is a big thing for Bitcoin and Miners. Surely there will be interesting things after halving.

My expectation for it is that event would be great for the Bitcoin price it would drive the demand and price for Bitcoin.
I don't expect too much like another ATH because of it but it would get the price way more higher than it is right now.

I don't want to have high hopes either. But will still be on top of the game following the updates and all and see what I can do to earn a lil bit of income from this situation. Even if the increase may not be too high, but I hope it will be higher than our current price.

This is normal for the market. Weak players sell; strong players buy. This always happens, like a decrease in the price of Bitcoin during a bear market. I also think that the price will reach $5k

My expectation is more of the same. There may be a return to low-mid five figures at some point but nothing too dramatic. I think it'll end the year pretty respectably and only start flexing some muscle well into 2021.

To be honest expecting the price to double within that short period of time (halving) is quite big expectation actually. we're struggling even to break past $10k and that automatically makes 15K even harder as of now even people are not expecting that much from this halving event anyway because it doesnt have significant change to bitcoin except the block reward.

My expectations is also everyone's expectation on 2020 halving year is bitcoin will finally increased it's price or reach it's price again up to $20,000 for us to recover all of our losses in the year of 2018. I also think that if bitcoin increased it's price again, there is a possibility that altcoins will increase it's price too, so it will be a great gift for everyone of us.

Big dump? You really have no clue what you are talking about...

The price just went up after many investors moved to another exchange, get informed first then discuss properly on the topic.

As for me i do know expectations will be higher than ever since halving will become even shorter from previous one therefore price will increase by sum valuable amount as available coins will drop even more.
Making the transactions more slower due to higher demand over requests.

In fact bitcoin price this year was not that high compare to what it is before. There is a big dump happen and I get sad on the first place because my balance in my wallet fall as well. But now I also see it as an opportunity for this coming 2020. I expect that this year bitcoin will rise again as it happened last year.

The entire Bitcoin ecosystem and its market can't be really be predicted considering the patterns at which the market value of Bitcoin has changed throughout the ten years of its existence. Its always better to keep and have an open mind for 2020. There are a lot of possible for the year 2020.

The only expectation that i have this halving in the upcoming year of 2020 is that bitcoin will have a big pump that all of our losses will gain back, that is why i don't sell my bitcoins until it reaches it's price up to 20k USD again. But i am also expecting that bitcoin will increase it's price much higher to 20 k.
