I'm getting about 80 - 90Mh/s with dual GTX260 cards.
I hope to get couple hundred MHash with my 6950 although I think its no longer efficient.

Hi, I bought gigabyte 7950 recently, can not tweak voltage under linux ... going to try on win soon, but overclocking works fine - fan 100% (quite noisy), temp 59 C, voltage 1.25V, engine clock 1180 MHz, mem clock 1030MHz, Bitcoin mining around 615Mhash/sec with DiabloMiner
about 1200 on 2x 7970
I guess I'm averaging about 1.3 GH on a GPU rig with 6 X GTX590 - terribly inefficient, but just running a deep burn-in to test the system
1.1 GH on a 7970 and two 6870, no overclocking yet...
