I've got 825 Mhash/sec using a BFL FPGA single on a Raspberry Pi using the MinerPeon disk image. I'm coming up on the end of my first 24 hours mining (using the pool at BTCGuild). Almost .09 btc in 24 hours.

Hmm...I wonder why I mine faster on my GTX 480 than you do? I can and have hit ~160-70Mh/s when my flags were working.

get ~300 Mhash/s with my ASUS 6870 @ 1000MHz Core 900MHz Mem clock @ 63°C 70% fanspeed
CPU mining on Ufasoft or CpuMiner on win7-64, intel i5-2500K:
8 or 5 Mhash with 2 threads

18MH/s on my GPU, 2.3MH/s x4 on my CPU. Makes me wish I kept mining back in March, when the difficulty was WAY lower and I could actually mine! Looks like it's services only for me!
Right now my GTX480 can hit 160MH/s and my GT610 can hit 12.7. Both are overvolted and overclocked quite a bit. With the help of flags, I boosted my 480 to 160 from 150. Flags only seem to lower production on my 610.
~100Mhash/sec. Woo-hoo. Waiting on my Avalon to ship, however...
my power bill brought an end to my mining experiment a long time ago. But I had 800MH/s for a couple of weeks.

550 MH\s on a 7950 at 1175mhz core 1.274v 1150mhz mem 1.6v 100 MH\s on a 6670 at 850mhz core 1100mhz mem at stock voltage and a whopping 80 MH\s on the 6670D onboard IGP in my A10-5800k APU.

HIS 4850, Windows 7. Running at 69% and getting 66 degrees celcius heat, fan running at 60% - 50 Mhash/s
Living in a tropical country does'nt bode well for mining.
