Altcoins are good for trading and making profits. Ether and LTC are my favourites for obvious reasons. They have the potential to rise like BTC in the long run.
the reason for buying Altcoins is of course because Altcoin prices are cheaper than Bitcoin prices,
and Altcoins are easier to Pump than Bitcoin, this is why Altcoins are better to invest there,

Altcoins are best to buy the when dipping, they have made so many traders to be financially stable with their capital. Altcoins is one of the reasons why the space is interesting and fully set for investment. Altcoins have also made me believe that I can make 100x of my capital only if I invested with the right gem coin. Altcoins Profits are far way better than Bitcoin and Ethereum, because there are countless number of them and they pump massively. and Altcoins are easier to Pump than Bitcoin, this is why Altcoins are better to invest there,

My main reason for trading cryptocurrencies on altcoins because I want to find some profit to give me more income. so my goal is to FIAT. so after i bought some altcoins at a price that i think is low and sell it if the altcoin price is high. although not all altcoins that I have bought can provide short-term profits so I have to hold them until the price goes up and I have made some profit from it. because I am an instance trader and not a long term investment.

It is no secret to anyone that buying high-value tokens or coins is buying a lot and then expecting a good jump, at least 3x or 4x to get a very respectable profit, however we cannot say when BTC will enter a bullish trend, for me at any time it can enter, the volatility of BTC is impressive, but we cannot predict exactly when an altcoin season may occur, I know that many have been waiting for it since 2017-2018, but every time I see further, etnonces for me what is sought in the purchase of tokens is that, wait for them to rise to sell.
Buying altcoins of course expecting this high jump will be very different from bitcoin but altcoins fly faster but on the contrary when it goes down it will get even worse, it can't be avoided.I know how last year's altcoin season that reached ATH with very far multiples only happened once but we will wait longer to wait for the trend again, I think anyone would expect the altcoin season to arrive with its bullish trend.
Predicting btc now is a little more difficult than bullish but I believe all will test the uptrend season again.
currently, all we can do is take advantage of the market situation for trading. altcoins have better moves for trading. and save some potential altcoins for future pumps.
this will require patience in waiting for an uptrend in the market. everyone should be careful with their decisions in today's market conditions.

The reason why we all buy altcoins is to make profits and buy more to make more profits. We buy when the price of coins are down and we sell when the prices of coins are up. Nobody wants to sell with loses but must time impatience and demand with make us to sell our holdings with loses. I am still looking at buying more altcoins now so I can sell when the market goes up.

I bought altcoins because of their low price compared to Bitcoin and my alternative is to be able to generate some capital by trading on altcoins and we can use that capital to buy Bitcoins because investing in Bitcoin is the safest investment tool.
i dont think bitcoin as safest investment portofolio , in cryptomarket we see high risk no matter that major cap or mid cap. as we know manipulation happen in crypto market that did by whales, they want shake market in ordet get cheap price for each coins. as long as we buy in correct price level for long term bitcoin was good assets. at current price maybe we could start buy partially in some altcoin. Investing in altcoins is about making more money and making a profit. Many people do not like long term investments. So Altcoin is the best for short term investment.The crypto market is crashing,is probably the best opportunity to buy some good altcoins, because altcoins pump up in a very short time.We should follow is that altcoin should not be hold for long time. And how their supply and how their social media is active should be well verified.The higher the risk, the higher the profit. If the altcoin is not a good quality then yes it is not recommended to hodl it for a long time but for a top altcoin, it is completely safe. Btc is known to be a long term investment but it's also possible to make it a short term investment since situations like this can occur where the price can rise a little and then it goes down again and stay there.High risk-high reward, is true and investing in one coin is considered to be more riskier than diversifying your funds but as long you allocate more money on that one coin because if you put less money, the risk will still become less. Nft and metaverse projects can provide you a better profit in short term compared to bitcoin but that is if you are lucky, to get in and out early.

That is good because buying of a altcoins can make us fortunate and give us good returns like ×10 to × 100 depending on the project type and the team behind it. There are some coins in the market that has good move but the current bear market is making then look weak. I am looking to buy more altcoins before the bull market comes here. I'm looking for the future technology, perspective projects

If you already know that investing in Bitcoin is the safest investment tool, why do you start buying altcoins first instead of Bitcoin? even though if you directly buy Bitcoin without having to go through altcoins, then that will also be more beautiful. If the investment is low likely below ~1K USD then it is wise to do trading on a coin whose market price is below 1$. By doing this you can make a decent amount of profit.
Trading with such a lower amount is not welcome to Bitcoin. You might lose your investment by giving trading fees while trading multiple times.
Yes, I get your point that bitcoin is the safest place, that's why I didn't suggest anyone invest in altcoin if the investment amount is high or if they plan for hoidling long term.
This community is not only for Bitcoiners, we should also keep altcoiners alive and treat them properly.

It's the same reason why I would invest in a stock for example, only that you aren't investing in a company, you are investing in a protocol that may become adopted as the defacto Web3 standard, just like how certain internet protocols were decades ago.
I am no different from you as well, i think the reason why we investing in altcoins is to make money and get profit.
Most of people in crypto are want to make money from it, so that is the reason.
Now we know the crypto market is crashing, maybe it is the best chance to buying some good altcoins.
I bought alcoin for me to use as an asset for the future because I believe alcoin can be used as an asset for the future like ethereum coin I have kept it for 2 years now the price is going down but I am optimistic the price of ethereum coin will go up again.

For profit, well their is one thing which i think every altcoin holder should follow is that never hold any alt coin, never, whenever you are making profit, you should take profit and exit your trade, entry does not matter that much but exit do matter here, i almost lost 250$, which are not that much, and this loss is only due to holding, the one i loss in spot trading and future trading is other than this. But still i am buying alts as it make me more money than btc, but some times i lost money than btc too.
Many coin are created base on the list case and Alt-coin can be easily pump base on the team and how legit the project, Secondly the entry points matter a lots, which many people missed it, when bitcoin was $65 some years back, which bitcoin all time high was 68k plus, which some alt-coin can also make equivalent movement as return investment and that is reason most people buy alt-coins. Therefore, Bitcoin can be compare with alt-coin because many altcoin has run bull, but bitcoin still be number one in the cryptocurrency industries.
