I personally think nft is still a hype that can't be used for long term investment because nft is not a safe place for it .... but everyone has their own decisions and research
because nft will be meaningful for those who can read the art in it and find great opportunities for the next

NFT was not a long term solution and do you know the purpose of NFT? What solution you meant from your thread above? i can't get what kind of solution but if you meant about the new instrument and i think that if you are wrong in this case. NFT was just a way for you to trade an assets that have not yet tokenized like art, in game assets or something else. I suppose this to be a short term assets that will not be suitable for the long term investment. I will never take this as an investment instrument for my money. I prefer to take token or coin rather than NFT

The "solution" is that we are talking about ownership papers that would be digital and provable. I mean art form has been used for a year or two now and that is known, but it is not just art that we could provide ownership to, thats the solution. You have seen cars right? When a cop pulls over they ask you "license and registration please" right? Well here, we are talking about NFT ownership of the car shown and its done, cop goes back and checks it, which is instant because its digital, and you are on your own way. That is what we are talking about here, its not going to be something used only on art, it will be everywhere.

currently NFT is very hype but it is uncertain how long it will happen whether it can disappear or not in the future but I doubt that in the future it will still exist because of the rapid increase in NFT that is happening right now only because of the hype or the interest of many people and others too follow.

What's your take of NFTs?
NFT is a great breakthrough in the crypto field. NFT also paved the way for mainstream companies to enter the industry. since last year NFT has grown very rapidly, even according to data from opensea, the trading volume of NFT has reached 6 billion USD.

Do you think are a long term solution/investment or just hype??

although growing very rapidly, but NFT is not a viable type of investment. long term or short term, for me it will be very difficult to make a profit if the Hype of an NFT has faded. NFT is good, but not suitable for investment, you could say we can only get profit when the hype is still there, but after that the price of NFT will fall and you will not get anything.

That's why I don't invest in NFT because over time the hype for NFT will slowly fade away.
At this time maybe NFT is still widely used as a payment tool for games, but in the future will NFT continue to survive like this?
The trend of NFT will always have its own share, because we must admit that while there are still many who have money and want to be different, then NFT is one that can be done by a typical like them. NFT is not suitable for those who want to invest because NFT is not as easy to sell all the time as crypto coins in general.

so that even though the NFT hype will fade later, it will not affect those who hold it, because indeed they hold NFT because they feel that what they are doing is only as a collector in general on paintings etc.
The possibility that will be able to develop well is of course only NFT games, other than that it will certainly not develop.

this year it is estimated that NFT will continue to grow a lot because NFT is still relatively new and will always be interesting for those who have money to try it, but for those who do not have money it is better to avoid NFT.

Long-term, YES. NFT will stay for me, it is more advanced, especially in the future. If you just take a look at how much volume is there in NFT, it's really huge so for me, we can consider that the hype in short term is high but you can also consider that the market is also very bullish when NFT started to become popular.
Overall, we will also consider the condition of the market because it will affect also.

NFT was just pure about the hype. NFT that came from the popular party was the only NFT that worth to buy unlike the NFT that came from someone who didn't have any popularity. NFT was not an investment. It's only a way to gamble your money through the tokenized art or assets.
It's also illiquid and your money may be stuck in your NFT once your NFT has no demand. So, it's a wrong thing to see this as an investment for sure. I prefer to take it as a way to doubled your money like gambling in your NFTs rather than a way to invest your money.
The price of NFT can be dumped so hard as there's no actual use for your NFT.

Long term investment will work with NFTs, just hold for at least 2 years and assess later on if its still worth holding or not anymore.
I'm into NFTs as well, made some investment and some turns into a good profit but I'm still hoping for the good hype so my other investments can generate that income as well. Hype or not, it will depend on you if you are going to hold or not, just know the risk.
Your strategy seems to be very risky as we all know that there's a lot of crap nft's out there. You're only giving those greedy developers a chance to earn. It would be much better if you make a research first before you invest on something else, that way, it won't cost you anything. This is not a gambling site where you need to deposit only to test the site or their games.

Hype is the only way for you to recover your investment but I don't think most of the nft's that you invested will still experience a hype because hypes usually can come first or can come early, not in the middle or in the later stages. Investments that are not hype dependent are still better and they are the ones that are built for long term.

In that hype, if you are sober and wise enough, you can be completely confident that you will make a profit, but conversely, many people are still skeptical because they do not position themselves. self-knowledge when participating in that space. I'm just blindly following sources and having no insight from myself, on strategies to generate income with this trend. I have also tested and gone through all kinds of emotional ladders, so I'm pretty neutral.  After that, I still want to direct people not to be too complicated with all the information in this market, buy BTC, that's all.
The "buy btc, that's all" is a great advice, if you are not sure about what you want to buy or what you should buy then buying BTC is definitely you should focus on. However, if we are talking about something that is profitable for many but you still feel like you are scared about it and do not want to get in, then maybe it could be beneficial for you to find others who are hyped about it and ask them.

If they can explain to you why they are so hyped about it, then you could probably get into it as well, they could convince you. The "reason" why they are hyped, could cause you to get hyped if it is a logical reason. If not, just keep it in BTC that's it.

It so happened that I personally was not particularly able to use NFT. I now have several NFTs in my portfolio, but oddly enough, they never brought me income. Now I'm just waiting for the result and I'm not investing in new NFTs anymore. Of course, this does not mean that NFTs are just a hype, because many have already been able to use them to develop their business and generate income, which means that NFTs have already brought help and benefit to many. So even though NFTs haven't brought anything special for me at the moment, I still consider NFTs to be one of the good opportunities for success.
One of the big problems with NFTs is that unlike with what we see with shitcoins in which their crash is in the open and people can take the decision to sell their coins and recover whatever they can out of their bad investment, this is something that can happen in completely silence to NFTs, and this is because of their non-fungibility, which means that an NFT that you believe is accumulating value over time is in fact crashing without you realizing, and only once you decide to sell and there are no buyers you will realize the true value of your investment, that for most NFTs is zero.

The way they currently exist is useless.

I think that it's a matter of time before the hype completely dies down and a lot of people leave empty handed, especially those who have invested their savings into these things in the latter half of 2021.

However, as a technology it does have merits. And I certainly think that it is possible in the future we see more adoption.

Absolutely not, for me, the NFTs have their own timeline to shine, and next, it will slowly fade away just like any other crypto project in the crypto space so in that case NFTs will be replaced by a new idea or a new innovation that can influence and drive the attention of the crypto community because I believe nothing is permanent in the crypto space so it's better to accept it as a reality.

Basically in the crypto space nothing lasts forever moreover technological developments continue to move and that will make outdated ideas or projects fade by themselves,
we'll see how far NFT can survive in the crypto space and follow its development

Only few of them are worth for long-term investment.
To know their potential value, better study and research their background.
Most NFT projects are just riding with they hype, they are only here for short-term.
So be cautious holding them, because you may be paying premium for a worthless token in the future.

NFT is good, but sadly the industry nft relies on hype. unlike the crypto market which is based on utility and a strong ecosystem as its fundamentals. nft thrives on hype and speculation and that means it won't last forever. so nft is not suitable for investment. you can make a profit if you sell NFT, but you will not be able to make a profit if you invest in nft. this is an important rule in this industry. this is only profitable if you are a creator.
It is not just about hype that is the problem. Obviously with the lack of hype and with hype dying down it is going to be worse. However, the biggest problem is that there are too many scam projects, and people who want to make money.

NF shouldn't be some person hiring a designer, getting like 10k collection made with like maybe 3-4 different traits, and then hoping to get 200k+ dollars from releasing that. There are so many people who spend like 20-30 thousand dollars and release an NFT collection and make 200k that, everyone started doing it at some point. With the hype dying down I am sure that there will be less money involved and it will go to correct places.
