Can anyone guess [educated guess please] when the current bitcoin bull run will end? The last bull run ended around 8th January 2018. It would be interesting to know when the bull run game will over.
First, no one knows the exact date, so I think you must have a target and sell it when the target reached
Second, I think the chart will be repeated and the end of Bullrun between December and January. This is the good side of cryptocurrency because no one knows the end of Bullrun everyone can get profits

As long as we see the price didn't go below $20k, I don't think bullrun has ended but the current scenario still continued to prosper. We're still in midst of profitable market of bitcoin, and other prominent coins which gained a huge market volume. Let's expect another ATH to exist this month, as per checking on recent price $50k is back so another opportunity is waiting for us in the future heading forward to $60k per btc.

Many enthusiast claims that this bull run will take longer. Some users target seeing the price of bitcoin will reach $100k though this previous days we observe a correction below $50k. A lot of speculations though and as usual the market condition is volatile so no one cannot gives an accurate how bitcoin will behave in the coming months. So many good news that other institutions adopt and invest in bitcoin and this has a huge impact on bitcoin market value.

That is the long term goal, to see bitcoin reaches $100k this year.

For short term, it will be wild ride as every month there will be a dip, similar to 2017's bull run graph. So it's really up to traders and speculators on what is their approach making money here, short term be a day trader, or just simply a HODLer and buy at every dip and ride it all along till we see 6 digits before the end of the year.

I drew in a down trend which is contested for now, that needs to become a low and support on 4hr bars.    12hr average and 2 day average probably has to remain below us which price is to continue upwards, they both get challenged regularly as they represent such fast momentum but at present can best said to be going sideways in the majority revising prior prices.

Graph indicates a certain Btc price subsides after a huge pump which kinda normal (aka as the correction) in order for investors who's looking to have a good entry point to come in again to the market. There has yet to have momentum swing, Btc is still in the bull market, though it's situated at around $45,000 - $47,000 currently, but I'm still pretty sure we'll get back to $50,000 in the next few days.

@OP, there's the "educated guess" that you're looking for.

You will likely get a signal a few times of a peak and regular decline.    I do think price action this weak is subdued but its still capable of similar high prices that we saw previous.   It needs to accumulate some momentum most likely.

Thank you very much for sharing your analysis, so in a few words the price is likely to rise again, so you indicate that it is a good time to buy, something like that I have also thought, I like how you analyze at a fractal level, it costs me a little analyze it like this.

Well, the previous bull run was not like today's bull run and it seems the rally was still on, the large institutions still keep coming, even small investors, thus why I think this bull run would last more longer. There's been a lot of speculation that it will hit $100k which I think seems possible but we need still be careful as the market is not certain, we never know what those whales are thinking after all. Unfortunately, no one can exactly tell when this bull run will be over and all we can do is to speculate.

I have high hopes that it will be longer than the last time, but we can only speculate, based on the reaction of investors and how the market performs, the market is getting better every months after the last halving, and with big names in investing supporting the market we can have a long and better bull run than the last time.
Well all this bullish trend has been given thanks to many emotions triggered by the purchase of many famous investors, also from recognized companies, also the news has caused a series of feelings in the world population, bitcoin has more adoption, many who did not know want Entering the market, as long as this interest rate is present, we will have more increase in demand and supply decreases, which is why the price is rising more and more. For me, the bullish trend hasn't started yet.

There is no exact time and date when the bull run ends but  I want to say that it is not the end of the bull run because right now many people are still investing and the good with this is new investors and some of them are millionaire and billionaire so it has a huge impact that price will going pump more and you gain a good profit for sure this 2021.

It looks like the price is going back to where it should be but not sure whether there will be a dead cat bounce then going lower.

I love to hear people being optimistic for the incoming. I once heard this during the previous bullish season but most of them find it wrong and get a ride on the bearish market.

People are asking when it dumps and when its pumps. It is tiring to keep hearing those questions. Why we should have to bother that thing, we don't know what the will be the incoming? Instead of asking this, I think it is much better to enjoy the volatility that we have because whether we like it or not, the market will look like this forever.

This is what makes investing in Bitcoin attractive, it is very difficult to predict the price of Bitcoin. When the price of the Bitcoin pump in 2017 many
thought Bitcoin would continue to rise, but the reality says otherwise. But 2021 is very different, many people predict after Bitcoin hit a price of $ 40k.
Bitcoin will be correcting deeply, but the reality is that the Bitcoin price is now getting higher. Even today Bitcoin has hit a price of $ 52k. So in conclusion
no one can determine when the bull run will end. So please take your own decisions and have to be brave enough to bear the risks.

Some typo her. 8th January 2018? maybe you mean 8th January 2022.

To the point, no one knows, If you read many threads here that a lot of people think this bull season will end when reach $30K, 40K, but now we are in $50K. And I see a thread that "He think we are in peak" so Bullrun will over and big correction will come, but no sign for that, and we still in bull season. So you don't need to ask when, but you must to start invest

There's no accurate date, when this bullrun could end and one thing I only knew is that projections of btc price this year is up to $100k so maybe it could take so long before we expect cheaper price. Guessing only isn't a good fortune right now, but what I recommend is to ride with the trend and do short trades in order to generate passive income. Using your money that not earning better would be the best alternative.

When it do comes to price speculation nobody could tell what the future holds for us but basing on the previous bull run and looking at the charts Bitcoin might reach and break another ATH within this year I am not yet so sure but we are past $50k for now so maybe it's going to break $100k before the end of this year.

You wouldn't hodl that for a long time if you are planning to wait for the bubble to burst so if you have the opportunity to make some profit just do it because you will never know if this will be your last time to earn profit from the bull run.

You can't really know exactly the time bull run will stop, so on that's note, if you want to buy more coins now, this period is one of the precious time to do so in as much as the institutional infrastructure, Elon musk, and other Market movers are steadily coming into the cryptocurrency space.
Comparing the bullrun that occured last time 2017/18 is quitely different from this time, looking at the total volume and liquidity value obtained now is far more higher than previous bullrun period, also demand and supply too increase on the demand curve.

Can anyone guess [educated guess please] when the current bitcoin bull run will end? The last bull run ended around 8th January 2018. It would be interesting to know when the bull run game will over.
I think the bullrun this time will be longer than usual, most likely the peak will be at the end of 2021 or early 2021, because the altcoin season hasn't come yet keeps the bullrun on track, of course if this happens and you listen to me, I hope not to sell altcoins that you have, and also the bitcoins you have, because the peak is not yet visible, so take it easy.
Yes, this bull run is very different from the rest of the bull runs we have seen before, 2013 or 2017. So it's hard to say when it's gonna end as we may have just started this bull run when we hit $50k, contrary to the others saying that it will end once we reach this price.

Don't know about altcoins though, but bitcoin? Yes, it's better to hold as we might hit $100k this year or even higher.

This is not a bull run. Like any other one for btc.

WE never had every day of the year beat any and all ATH for any other time in BTC other than 2009.

all top 47 days are in this year and no other year for all 5 currencies .

That is an historical set of numbers.

I only know that you simply can't compare this to any year ever.

Which so far is really really good.

It may be we go beyond 150k and then fall back.  Why not?

150k is 3 x what we are but we are around 1 trillion value.

gold is about  11 trillion value.

Maybe we end the year with:

btc market cap at 3.5 trillion
gold market cap at 8.5 trillion

Gold is not scarce

So how about the people in the know realize that gold will be easily mined and drop in value a shit ton.  Good old BTC is right there to capture that value.

To think
that today  all the  gold is worth 11 trillion
and that  all the btc is worth 1 trillion

is going to change quite a bit

In ten years maybe btc is 10 trillion and gold drops to 5 trillion. why the fuck not.

if so BTC will be 500,000 a coin
