I bought in at $4 after reading this article: http://www.wired.com/2011/11/mf_bitcoin/all/

I am curious to know how many people bought at sub $100 levels and still have the bitcoin they purchased at those levels.

I don't have as many as I had back then, but I still buy $10 worth of BTC every day.

I wish I had seen that article before. All of us latecomers probably regret to not be part of the boat Smiley

I bought about $2,500 @ around $650 avg to buy 5 S1's over 3 months.

That was after the price tanked on Gox.

No longer need to buy Bitcoin nor ASIC miners ever Smiley

Still buy some when I got loose change.

When: August through November 2013
Amount: 99.5% of my life savings
Cost average: ~$175
ROI @ today's value of $315: ~180%
Why: because I did my homework and understand both what Bitcoin is today, and what it will be one day soon.

I am expecting bitcoin will not go below 300$. I am planning to buy some coins at this level for long term investment.

It is getting extremely close to going below $300, I think it will happen within the next 24 hours to be honest.  Hopefully it starts to go back up soon though for christmas!

I kept buying and probably will keep buying for trading purposes.

My goal is to generate as much profit in BTC as possible with my initial investment.

Profit in BTC will be sent to my cold wallet, and my investment money will get invested again.

Bought 10 BTC at $420-ish. Because I sold at ~$800 and had some fiat left. So I got back in. These are the only BTC I've bought.
Mined everything else I have.
