I slept at 10 PM in my time zone.
around 1 am I think, check my sleep hour is not really my priority
I went to bed today, not last night. It's not a good thing to keep doing this. I should really maintain a good sleep schedule.
It's always at 12 AM or later now, sadly. Work and Social Media along with Netflix keeping me up. :-/
