I think yes start gambling here on bitcointalk promotion and then social media like facebook. Because i saw a promotion on may facebook wall one of my friend there promote dice site and that time i learned how played dice game.
When did you start gambling online (and offline if you do not mind sharing)? Is it because of the awesome Games and Rounds forum at Bitcointalk?

I started gambling when i was new to Bitcoin, Faucet that time still pays Big amount and i want to multiply my faucet earning so i decided to play dice that time the most popular dice site was dadice.
Most of the newbies will start dice game with faucet money and slowly they will addict to these games and start depositing money to play this game. I also started with faucet money but didn't addict to this game. Now, I never play with faucet money but if I want to play then just I will deposit a small amount and play this game.

Just like any other currency, bitcoin is being used in whatever purpose owners decided to do with.

I have started to gamble online together with the time when I opened bitcoin to myself. That was like two years ago and I was searching for a saurce of some extra money. I found bitcoin and began to make some coins on faucets, Aliens and ect. But it didn't bring me some seriouse profit. Then I opened for myself online gambling for bitcoins and I began to play poker on Betcoin.ag. I count myself good in this game and two years ago there were not so many people in that as today. So, prizes were bigger and chances to win too. I remember it was just like 80 of us in a turnament, if to compare with today - today it's hudreds and even thousands of prople in one turnament.

I actually gambling at casinos before I discovered bitcoin but I was really not into it and was gambling only occasionally but when I discover bitcoin. I actually got interested on it again but this time gambling online, I tried on searching on how can I earn more and win more in gambling here and everywhere else but I don't see ways that to happen. Most of them time when I tried to gamble I lose most of my BTC or when I win some I actually just lose them in an instant. So for me its really not worth it to gamble, I just prefer on investing and saving it for the future because I know the prices of the coins will increase overtime especially bitcoin. So that's my story and I really don't think that I can earn in gambling because I have no luck in that.

It was all started with a way to earn extra money by doing online faucet jobs. Then i came to know about dice site and in starting i collected tips and rains. But soon i got addicted to gambling and now i am trying to not to roll more.
If you got addicted to gambling then the best thing to do is to avoid it at all costs, don't give up and think you are going to be able to control it because believe that is what most addicted persons think about their addiction, it is way better to quit for good and do nothing that could increase your desire to play, don’t talk about gambling, don’t watch anything related to gambling, avoid visiting those websites, and even avoid playing for free with play money. I gambled offline before i knew bitcoin and this forum, i usually did that with my friends at local casino, playing roulette and slots, it wasn't that fun as bitcoins gambling online though. Atmosphere there is very sad and boring, everyone gambling for money and not for fun, that why i like online bitcoin gambling more now, because i can do that alone at home and it's more fun this way.
There could be only one possibility : people who are all having physical casino then might got chances to gamble before the introduction of bitcoins.People who are from the countries where gambling is prohibited, might got chances to experience gambling only along with bitcoins. There could be many exceptions but I am talking with respect to my country. I just got into gambling only because of this forum and bitcoins. If bitcoin was not invented nor I was not introduced into bitcoins, I've might have missed this wonderful world of gambling.
True, some countries don't let their people gamble, so bitcoin is the only way for them to gamble like you said. I'm pretty sure that you would have heard about gambling eventually, by travelling to other country where you can gamble, or even see gambling (or las vegas city ) in movies, so you would have known about gambling, you still probably couldn't gamble if you didn't know about bitcoins.
