You can sell any of them that are up and get some money back but that same coin could drop 30% or more and you are now down.
Or you could sell one and then it jumps 300% and you are pissed for selling it and not the others.

If you do sell one, sell the one you believe in the least.

It is depend on our goal or target, that how much profit we want and what is our target for selling. According to me if our coins are in good profit then, that is the right time to sell. But don't be to hurry to sell, because if news are in positive mood and may be the price will increasing in few days, then wait with patience for the that particular time. You will definitely in good profit.

I only sell whatever coin that I have invested in when I am sure that I am making a two hundred percent profit on my investments, nothing less than that would do. That is the amount I have in mind when investing in altcoins. The only time I sell lower than that is when there is enough evidence to convince me that the project is failing like verge. Otherwise always making your timing to perfection and make the most out of these coins when they are still affordable and sell when they gain value

I sell my coins or exchange them for the other alts when I feel that this crypto has reached its maximum, and soon it might start to fall. Additionally, I can sell altcoins and even Bitcoins when the money is needed.

I disagree that it would equally suck, because in one case you make 288% of profit, and if it crashes you not simply make small profit, you also lose whatever you had invested in it. So please, don`t be so greedy and not get mislead.

Most times when it has reached 100% profit that is when I sell my coins. Waiting further than this can be due to greed and while you are waiting for the prices to go up further, it might just end up falling back down again and then you are back to square one. You can also put a price tag on your coins and when they reach that target you can sell off your coins, this makes it easier in my opinion.
