When it drops atleast $300 a piece will be a good time to buy. But i dont think this value will happen again. Right now its still rising and rising. If it drops at $500 a piece, you should grab the chance and buy some bitcoins because cant say if we are gonna see this price again.
I do not care much about the time, I just do mostly Cost Averaging Method then selling when the price is higher than when I buy after certain time frame. I do that because I do something productive with my BTC, I am not trader also.

$500 are likely never possible unless otherwise if there will not be any major collapse. Technically, we are marching towards $1800 levels for the period of next six months.As for selling, I think Bitcoin is likely to be around 800$ soon and then stabilize arond 700$, so I think 800$ is the best to sell then. But are there many people who would like to buy BTC when it costs so much? I don't think so.
You got any technical analysis to support your statement ? I do see bitcoin will be surging toward $1000 within next one and half months. The pivot point analysis for the last month periods shows up as intermediate resistance levels are around $1000 price levels only, so if you are an active trader above $1000 must be the right place to put your sell orders. As Bitcoin is around 700$ now, I don't think it will fall more than to 500$ anymore. So when it get's around this sum - it's the best time to buy. As for selling, I think Bitcoin is likely to be around 800$ soon and then stabilize arond 700$, so I think 800$ is the best to sell then. The concept is same like trading , buy low and sell at the high price but the main problem is when the price reached those prices.?Except you want to buy bitcoin for the sake of investment or do some altcoin trading you can buy it as soon as you're ready.

I think no one can tell perfectly about when to buy and sell, but you can see that when selling pressure is going that time you can start your buying but not in one stretch and when you see the price getting high that is the time to start selling
Indeed no one can tell when you have to buy because its changing every time but if you see a event in the future its mostly good to buy before it due to the fact its mostly rising afterwards it.
No one can tell really if you mean people will dictate you, and the only one who can tell when is the best time to buy is totally you, and for my thoughs for this, at this moment is the best time since the bitcoin upper trend is on lose and people yet can still earn with this current price freaking out, but we should monitor the situation since anytime the price would drop and surely another perfect timing to buy also since the price proven to bounce back again.
The best time is basically now. Keep buying every month a small amount, or as much as you can afford, you'll realize that on average your wealth has gone up eventually.

If you want to make some profit in this case short term investment i think the best time to buy them when the price decrease little bit then sell them When it gains a dollar or 2, actually this time is perfect to buy bitcoin if you want to hold them for long term investment.However there is no guarantee on trading due to the bitcoin's price are volatile and unpredictable.

It's depends on your "starting-price" which means from beginning you know how much bitcoin price reach, anytime is the best time to buy it and the best time to sell it when you reach your own goal bitcoin price, you should analyst the market also for probably more profit.

for me the best time to buy is when you see other dump, until you see the market stabilize at certain point, to sell is whent he opposite happen, so when everyone start buy, but don't sell immediately, wait a bit, otherwise just hold
Yes mostly the price is than also lowering and due to that its worth buying, I think buying right now is also good because the bitcoin has a pretty good future a head and it will go to a higher amount.

There is no best time but rather good timing thru wise placing of trades. Make a conclusion about the latest trend and see all the possible factors or news why the price behaves like that.
Buy low Sell high is the key to make profits in trades so you will determined what is that low and what is the possible high. For profit taking purposes, remember not to be greed at all since waiting for your dream price might gives destruction on your trading goals. Trades are executed at regular basis and not by holding and waiting for long time.
If to look on today's bitcoin's price I think we already skeeped that time to buy bitcoins long time ago. It would be oke to me now to buy couple bitcoins with it's past price of 200$ or less, but when that price was on the market I didn't know that bitcoin will rise so high. So I think it is not late to buy bitcoin even today, cause the price may get doubbled in the nearly future.
For now the price is so high and i think this is not the best time to buy bitcoins better to wait more weeks if the price is staying on 700 value until end of this month you not lucky because it is hard to know if the price will increase more or whales will sell their bitcoin that can affect the value again.. so for me better to wait for more weeks and if you seen that the price is goind back to 600 value buy few or invest a large amount and wait for 1k value again or 700 above that can make you $100 profit if you invest 1 btc..
