Not really a spectacular loss-story but had something like this some time ago:

Claiming faucet of 200 sats: multiplied it 100x and topped slightly above 20000 sats
Claiming another faucet of 200 sats: multiplied it 15x and reached roughly 3000 sats
Deposited 0,001 BTC: immediate freefall to 0  Grin

You don't have to be sad about it since trying to double with one stroke will obviously land you in trouble. If I'm not wrong you were betting on betking.io right ? I know its not the best feeling in the world and have seen people losing 1+ btc which me feel glad about myself that I haven't really lost to that extent although I would never ever afford to roll that much in one stroke even if the winning chances are 80%.

yeah, it makes me cry when I invest a large amount and lose them all at one time , I don't know that gambling is addict or interest/entertainment that after losing a large we still try to play at there, but it is sure that it is fun, gives fun to play there at gamble games.

I had 0.6 btc back when you can gamble on just-dice with bitcoin rather then whatever it is right now.

I got that 0.6 to 2.4 , then lost it all.

I am pretty sure, gambling doesn't make most people cry but makes them angry. Its not normal to cry when losing money ,maybe be sad or upset.

I have never cried for my gambling losses as I only gamble for fun. The biggest loss I have ever encountered is only 0.05 btc, which is insignificant to affect my life.
You are right, we have to be pre-planned and play not with high amount to take high risks, but we have to invest only a insignificant amount and to play with it to earn, and in some cases if we lose that amount then it will not destry our life.

LMAO at your "safe margins". It is what happens in a long run:D If you want to be lucky, make a single, big bet and see if you are.
This guy has it right. I dont gamble that much anymore. I believe strategies and such things can only make it worse, i personally do it however i feel as long as its not over 49.5 yet i usually dont play over 24.75% (4x).
Edit: the guy under, what i and bearex meant is basically that doing all in at 2x and quit after result is the best thing you can do.

my big lost just happened in the last weekend, start from saturday until sunday. i've a lot make deposit for bet on sportsbook and the result i got is lost everything maybe around 0.2 btc maybe it's not much for you but it's much for me Sad
0.2 is a big amount. I lost very less with sportsbook as I had invested an amount I can afford to lose and then when I won my first bet, Iinvested the profit which I lost and the amount was 0.1. It was too big for me at that time when BTC prices were $218 but still I cry for my loss.

I think I'm crying too much lately: after two very good bets I lost almost all I earned and that's very annoying. Also because I lost many bets because of single game only.

I think last month i lost 0.1+ something but i didn't cry but it always reminds me that how can get all my lose.
I will still playing after got my payment in signature i will try my luck again maybe i can get my lose in past few months.
If you don't cry it will turn into stress and it always reminds you that you lose your money in gambling..

As the old saying goes, don't gamble more than you can afford to lose. So instead of crying, you should take this as a lesson and have a better control on yourself next time.

I don't think I ever cried from losing bets. Maybe pissed off or angry, feeling down etc but I have never gone into tears from losing bets Grin

It's not very manly.
Same is here, and my suggestion for those who cried is that, you have to be bold before getting involved in these games, You have to be confident and make sure that there we will earn but the chance of lose is also exist there, and not to cry.

I only cried once on gambling when i lost my tuition fee on horse betting, the thought that my parents is going to beat me and I am not going to get to school again really made me cry of course I cried alone ..
Holy crap if that's for real then you probably ought to stay away from gambling and even from the gambling section of bitcointalk.  Just stay away.  Gambling as you know I'm sure can be a drug.

OP, I'm not much of a gambler.  You lost your whole stake in one roll?  Luckily it wasn't an insanely huge amount.

Sorry for your lost, but that is gambling. Even you said you play on safe margin, but there is always a risk. Remember the one who lost 7k btc on 97% win chance?

Well, I started with 0.165 btc and ended up at 0.03 in just 15 minutes of playing a game. Idk why I didn't stop when I see that my balance continues to decrease and decrease. After that, I decided to stop for a while, play some game, and after just 20 minutes of playing, managed to win 1.5 bitcoins in a single bet. I thought I end up kicking myself because of a bad run in a short time, but well, it ended pretty neat. Smiley
