If an activity brings you only negative emotions I think it's time to end that activity or replace it with a new interesting hobby for a while. Gambling is meant to be fun and you should not take it too seriously. If you can't stand losing and that makes you cry just take on another hobby like drone flying or model making etc. Just do whatever makes you happy.
