snip..

Every other Telegram project after DOGS has been trying to scam the community in one way or the other. They lure the community to get good free money by airdrop but before the listing they will ask for TON from the user directly or indirectly. I don't think these tokens from such projects will stay long for trading after the listing. They straight away get dumped by the community because they community is trying to get back the money they paid in the form of TON from those airdrop tokens.

It’s clear Oliver Tomassi who manges Tomarket bot  (this is his account on X) is a very greedy person. He did not fulfill his promises to his community about the timeline for TGE + Tomarket Premium Medal which cost players 1 ton and more and they did not receive anything in return in addition to thousands of accounts that were marked as cheaters without any clear reasons, in addition to the very tiny allocation for each user.

I believe that $TOMA is useless and cheaper than HAMSTR. Now everything is clear, and this is yet another scam project that I’m adding to my list. They haven't even published any Tokenomics for their token until now, and they are still publishing new partnerships with other bot games to push their users to engage with them and earn marketing funds for their pockets, alongside the millions they've drained from their community.
Absolutely true my friend, this project is becoming more obviously a scam, with a massive community of participants on Telegram which is very disappointing and discouraging new users of crypto. While, Not only did they demand several paid transactions, but they also received significant amounts of other tokens for distribution from staking, most of which they kept in their pockets. On top of that, many fair participants are being banned without any explanation, one of them was a friend and a referral of mine, leaving him without rewards and with no information about the fate of the seized tokens from banned accounts.

Currently they are just adding pointless events and tasks, despite having allocated the tokens over a week ago. The staking event for other projects is also way smaller than what was initially promised. It’s a complete shameless joke and we should avoid supporting these airdrops from now unless they are entirely free and require no transactions.

If you start to play a T2E game and see the phrase "Promote the TON-network" (And by doing so they want you to send them some free TON).
Just delete the app instantly, its a few honest game out there but sadly its very few and its many more scam projects then honest ones, and the team don't care about their projects reputation or future they just want to milk the community as much as possible.
Greed greed greed sadly!

yeah, has seen this kind of trend earlier, project literally begging to the participant for stars Grin. which is kinda ridiculous, the participant want to earn money but the devs just also milk the participants of money.
project like tomarket, major and so on, all the same, just some devs following the hype train and trying to milk the community.

these projects for all I know can just be the bad apple in the market but can't deny the fact that TON ecosystem is so full of these shady projects.

I do not promote games where money is earned by investing money because on the one hand, it leads to gambling and it also creates mental problems due to which, if you lose one money, then you have to lose more money by investing to recovery lose money. Many such games exist but we should stay away from them as other works are spoiling them.  due to which people trust it more because it also causes withdrawal at the same time.  Many people have benefited from this and some have suffered.

It's up to debate, you are right - if you do trust and have faith in the project, why not invest in it more than others?
But then again - we are talking about the T2E sector on TON, for Satoshi's sake  Grin

First of all, there is no official date for the listing cause I have been checking their community channel and I haven't seen any specific date. The allocations looks quite fair to me but the price compared to those allocations will make it look like it wasn't worth it. Honestly I had to stake my tokens instead waiting for a date of listing to be announced.

In any case - they can put the date up and change it afterward, no biggie about that  Grin Sometimes, it happens.
The question is only about the results.

Usually, it does not end well, however, if the project is credible and you do believe in it - why not?
I didn't do it myself, however, I do believe that many projects out there would do such a thing in order to get something for themselves.
For example - a future DEX, has an opportunity to pour about $10 in to get something in the future, if it's not required to proceed and use the final product - why wouldn't a project get something like that rolling?

I won’t participate in their Stake program if the listing date is earlier than the stake period, because I believe that Toma token's price will drop significantly after the listing due to the bad management and unfair distribution of tokens which is very disappointing at the same time. All these projects are profiting from the community without sharing fairly.

Not participating in the staking program is a good move, we never know if the listing will happen earlier or not, if it happens earlier, we might see a less significant price drop because many people are staking. This is an old strategy to keep the token price from falling further, I wonder why you are still working on this unimportant thing, you should learn from some previous projects. There will be no more Notcoin or Dogs.
Most of the users of Toma are staking, so the price will continue to decrease after the exchange listing, as a result, the amount of profit that can be obtained by staking can be sold as soon as the exchange is listed without staking. It will definitely be more profitable. Moreover, the price of Telegram bot mining projects keeps decreasing after being listed on the exchange.

Most participants received less than 100,000 $Toma, despite significant time and effort put into the project. Personally, I ended up with 650,000 tokens, but only after spending around $50 on the drop. Yet, looking at the current pre-market price, it hardly seems worth it. It is so low that it doesn’t come close to the worth of our investment

Has anyone come across any infos on the official listing date for $Toma? It still hasn’t been announced and I wonder if there’s any transparency comings soon.
Wow, it's really baffles me that you still fall prey to this types of scam, why would you spend so much on an airdrop that should have been a complete free thing, I believe that we all in this forum is very much aware that any airdrop that is going to pay you good money will not stress you or even ask you to pay a dime.

Honestly speaking I have made it a harbit not to spend any money when chasing airdrop because I believe that due to the task job we do for them, they are to reward us, not we paying them in any way even though it's very small, but spending as much as $50 is way too much for you not to realize that it's not worth it.

Then lastly, I was also a partaker of this tomarket airdrop, I got 22600 tomatoes coin, because I ended at gold1,  but when. I saw the value of the coin, I just felt regret of the time and effort wasted because the value is actually a premium dust.

Tomarket Announces TOMA Airdrop Details as October 31 Listing Approaches
Quote
TOMATO Price Prediction
The Tomarket pre-market price has captured the attention of traders ready to make possible profits. The anticipated starting price of $TOMATO is estimated to be approximately $0.001.

And the price is still very cheap, maybe if it will be listed in a decent exchange, the price may rise. This is an investment OP, you can't control the price now but if you trust the projecct and they are doing what they have to make it as a success, then you'll probably enjoy profit in the long run.

And you would love this...

there's no specific information for now , but probably before year end since most project like toma are aiming to be listed on Q4. Btw i have doubts that the reason of the delay are those cheaters reason they force participants to stake in order to accumulate more toma before listing . And for them to accumulate more supply as well . But now they using duck chain which probably a good idea to make the process faster .

Recently, Tomarket dropped their tokens, $Toma, to participants, and as is often the case with Telegram airdrops lately, the distribution has felt far from fair to me. Most participants received less than 100,000 $Toma, despite significant time and effort put into the project. Personally, I ended up with 650,000 tokens, but only after spending around $50 on the drop. Yet, looking at the current pre-market price, it hardly seems worth it. It is so low that it doesn’t come close to the worth of our investment.

Honestly, it feels like another letdown, almost resembling the disappointments with projects like X Empire, Hamster, and a few others (although some projects like Dogs and NOT seem to have a bit more credibility for the community). Still, this airdrop ways raises questions about the legitimacy of these projects( Tomarket has already took first snapshot). Also whether they are just another way to profit off the community’s time and money.

Has anyone come across any infos on the official listing date for $Toma? It still hasn’t been announced and I wonder if there’s any transparency comings soon.

I have heard that if TOMA were to be listed on the exchange site at late October, but it seems to be getting another delay. The team and exchanges haven't announced a date for TOMA's listing. I expect an announcement in mid-month.

No update from TOMA developer regarding the listing date. The longer they delay the listing, the hype for TOMA will fade. I hope the listing happens before the end of the month.

By the way, I have claimed my TOMA.  Smiley

feels like that any project which requires some kind of "donation" just to increase the odd of eligibility and reward allocation just never ends up well.

tomarket is no different, the time spent hardly worth effort, but such is the scene of airdrop nowadays, just full of devs trying to milk people out of their money.

Has anyone come across any infos on the official listing date for $Toma? It still hasn’t been announced and I wonder if there’s any transparency comings soon.

There is no official information or at least information that can be confirmed so far, looking at several previous similar projects, after the TGE is carried out, usually not long after that there will be a listing on several markets. And again, if I'm not mistaken, the developer suggested staking, right? We can assume that this is their way of delaying the listing schedule.
yeah they released FarmingPool for staking TOMA but honestly just delaying a problem, as most of the telegram tap-tap token have the trend of just dumping right after TGE, staking can be disastrous instead, staking in a nutshell just temporary solution that gonna brings more trouble because when staking is done, circulating token on the market increases.

The Tomato Market Telegram project has disenfranchised community members from token allocation in most cases with cheating tags. After working for a long time, community members giving such cheating tags to community members have slowly started taking leave from Tomato Market Telegram channels and groups. No exchange has made an announcement so far, so it looks like it is going to cheat the users in a big way.

If I'm not mistaken the Stake period for new tokens from another project is 14 days or a bit less. This delay to me is pointless, as much as not giving any information about the exact day of listing going against all the previous projects where they announced their listing day beside the day of dropping.
I was wondering if anyone have heard or saw any news out of the official community group or announcements channel about any dates or it is actually related to their Stake program which is very randomcand useless to us. I won’t participate in their Stake program if the listing date is earlier than the stake period, because I believe that Toma token's price will drop significantly after the listing due to the bad management and unfair distribution of tokens which is very disappointing at the same time.
