In my opinion, you only have two options to buy more or keep holding and watch I think selling is not an option especially when you are holding a good strong coin and not just a random coin that has no future, when you are holding a strong coin and market started to fall down it will be a loss only if you sell, that is my opinion and that is what I did with all my holdings.
I hold because the current price is lower than the time of purchase, not much I do and I will still try to be more patient to wait for recovery.
When crypto market is bearish, I hold my coins than selling at low prices. At the same time, I will buy more coins with my spare cash.
Regarding failed ICO project, I will move on and find other. There is no point crying over spilled milk.

Holding is the only possible strategy on this market. I cannot understand people that are selling right now, because the prices are very low and it won't bring any profit at all at the moment. Just be patient and wait for the better market.

for now what I'm doing is holding all altcoins or buying altcoins, which in my opinion have high potential for investment in the long run. and I only sell altcoins which I think are not good if they are used as investments. be patient all will be well.

It depends on your risk management and mental condition. You should invest not more than you afford to lose. It's not just a saying, it's the truth. In this case your greed/fear won't make you panic with additional mental pressure and possibilities of losses.

I think you must hold your crypto tokens with much patience because even if you sell during the blood bath you will loose,so the best option is to wait when market will improve

Sure, when market is red it s perfect time to buying more and get more profit average price per 1 coin in your portfolio.
Also, it s no sense to sell when red - you just get huge losses, that s all.
Buy when red, sell when green.

Me, I proposed for us is find a good coin/token like low total supply. It can be survive our investment on crypto because the supply is very important to get a sign if that is profitable or not. Think about it. What your recommended when crypto down price and some ico project failed..
