The last week has been a little bloody... And yet, after all we've been through, I have grown numb to this feeling. Stress, sleepless nights, etc... these are all a thing of the past. In fact, I just had a delicious breakfast with my girlfriend.

For those of you that are scared of the current situation, awaiting for a sell-off, its best to remember the long-term benefits that Bitcoin and crypto bring to the table.

I recently wrote an article outlining the most important ones. Instead of getting sweaty palms thinking of the next 24-hours, use your time wiser and educate yourself by reading my post: https://paybis.com/blog/benefits-of-cryptocurrency/

Hold onto your BTC, we are the future millionnaire generation.
newbie lose bitcoin because of lack of knowledge about bitcoin
some of them think that they can earn big amount in bitcoin overnight but if bitcoin drop they will sell for lose
I don't think they don't know anything about crypto or haven't knowledge cause I believe that they take research at first before coming here and risk their money. We may could say that they are often to lose because of their trust and I find it not really strong as they looked into the situation by now.
Cause they only have in their mind is that Bitcoin price will continue moving high which it makes a different direction as what we expect before we end up this year. Frustration might bring them to sell their coins during hard times.

It takes a true believer and a great investor to understand the bitcoin market. This is not the first time the market value of Bitcoin has dropped and its not gonna be the last time. It might be really difficult not to panic when the price of Bitcoin drops like that. But i believe and think the value of Bitcoin will be hitting $10k very soon before 2019 comes to an end. Now is the time to buy more bitcoin if you are looking forward to make a big out of your bitcoin investment.

I don't worry or scare to see the market goes down because I believe that is temporary and it's normal to see that is happening. We cannot expect to see bitcoin price or altcoin price at the high price every time, but there will be a time for bitcoin and altcoin to go down, and that is what we see now. We need to be patient, hold your bitcoin while you will see bitcoin will be back to the high price. This is our chance to buy bitcoin and if you have money, don't miss this discount time because it will hard to see this price in the future.

That's what I've been doing. I know. I'm used to it. I don't worry or stress myself out because of how bitcoin is doing in the market. I know it was normal for bitcoin to drop or increase overnight but I was like that before. I always got worried when the price isn't doing well but now, I just look into the positive side of bitcoin. How it can help me in the future. I just–we just have to be patient.

Yes, completely agree that dealing with the BTC or some other crypto it is better to keep your thoughts and feelings cold, because it may prevent you from silly mistakes or losses. But it becomes clear after some periods like that you told in your post. And for the newbie that knows nothing at all these words would mean nothing, he or she will panic, and be too nervious... It is not so easy to control emotions. It comes with some experience and not earlier.

A few of people within my circle has been under stress and complaining bitterly about the price drop in Bitcoin. I have been telling them to claim down and seize the opportunity but they won't listen.
Though they are traders and I can understand why they are like that, I guess its because they bought when the price is high. But hey, everyday can't be merry, this is one of those days that need investors need to start hodling till price difference.

Very reasonable, I am following the path you are referring to. I lost all my assets last month and I am now becoming a bounty hunter. Every day I work like normal people, I spend time with my girlfriend and my family. In my free time, I attend events in forums to earn more Bitcoin. I am satisfied with the present, I can sleep well, I am no longer stressed, insomnia. If time goes back I wouldn't be foolish to be a trader, I would collect more bitcoins and keep them until I am satisfied and sell them. Trading bitcoin is completely risky and not good for health.

That would be matter of faith and what exactly most did today. Holding could be the best option and I would like to challenge everyone to do the same. But of course, it is not our loss if they sell their coins right now, that's their choice if we still have money to risk, then don't bother to buy.

It may be you're right, the one holds today will become a millionaire in the future. May it work for me as I hold mine.

This reminds me of one of my online buddy's story where he had once accumulated more or less 1,100 Bitcoins which he'd bought at more or less $20 dollars each in its early days but unfortunately, he'd decided to sell it all when its price reached at more than $50 dollar range which at that time was its ATH and at the same time thinking that BTC's price would never go much higher! I guess he thought that the profit he had taken was good enough for him that he didn't decided to re-accumulate more Bitcoins again just like he'd previously owned but instead opted to have just a few Bitcoins to his portfolio.

Now, over the span of several years, he'd realized that he'd made a wrong decision selling all his Bitcoins especially when its price rocketed to $20k level at the height of the 2017 bull run!

Although he had regrets about that incident, it drastically converted him to become a long term crypto hodler that he didn't bother to sell all of his crypto assets even at the height of 2017 bullrun! I guess he had learned his lessons well. Smiley

Cryto market is very new to all of us and we need to understand its behavior. Unlike other financial markets we do not get much margin in crypto market as it is highly volatile market. Normal market runs and there is litlle correction then trend continues, situation gets a bit different when there is trend change but things are entirely different in crypto market, trend change in this market may sometime be from $20000/ BTC to $3000/BTC. We need to understand its volatile nature. I believe crypto market is not going to vanish it will remain here,we just need to be patient, fortune shall follow us.

Best thing to remember when price is moving is that the graph or the trades show the price for today, its not the price forever just right this moment the players at the table have decided this is the correct price between.
Its a requirement that always there is a tradable price so there is liquidity and availability of funds.     It doesnt mean the price is correct for another time over months or years or the very large transactions only that order books today reflect this price.  Its hard to explain but there is multiple time frames within a price that mean the shortest time line is the quickest to move but also the most inaccurate as to the worth of a Bitcoin over time.

Do not worry, bitcoin will go much lower than 4,000
Price can spike down and do many things, it recently was spiking upwards.  It does not mean we stay in that area just that price needs to visit that area, check all sellers appear and all buyers appear and then it moves to elsewhere.   Its a normal event and BTC has seen it before, just a year ago it was very gloomy and then it switches.

Almost everyone who are active in the market for a long time have experienced these kind of situations in the past and hence these are nothing new to get worried and starts panicking.

For those of you that are scared of the current situation, awaiting for a sell-off, its best to remember the long-term benefits that Bitcoin and crypto bring to the table.
There is nothing to be scared now, if you are able to see the downward rally then you could have shorted the market and wait for the market to settle and then plan on entering but right now there is no point in selling after the market went down altogether.

Next bottom has to be below $3k, that's what you need to remember.
And where did this came from?
Any particular reason or explanation on this speculation.
I know that BTC and crypto is bleeding more often this past few months but is it enough to be back below $3K again?
I don't think also it will be below 3k, now that we're having bloodbath for no reason or news integrated then there is no possibility that it will fall into 3k,well I hope it won't fall to such amount since many might go with these fomo instead of taking advantage of price drop they might left because of fear in too much volatility.

The downfall of bitcoin is scary right now, so for us to sleep safely and without fear we can sell our bitcoins and wait for them to fall deeper and there we will have the opportunity to buy back. Please note that this event can only be withdrawn by bitcoin and jump for a higher price. And if we can't overcome the fear it brings, we better not invest and return to the real world.

It was the bottom back then, he must have believe it can drop that low again. Nobody knows, maybe. This is crypto if everyone sells, it could drop below that price. Who else doesn't sell when there is a chance to buy low at very low price tomorrow will miss the most of the opportunity. The chart may say its oversold but it can get very-oversold too.

I think these newbies should go back to the basic, and the basic are these newbies do not know how volatile the market is and you need to see the graph and the many dramas in the past about Bitcoin going up and going down, bitcoin did not start at thousands of dollars it started as little as 10 cents, we've been here so many times in the past, I guess there are still people, who pour everything without believing in what they are investing.

Do not worry, bitcoin will go much lower than 4,000 .....    I just wonder at what price do you emotional, cool aid drinking religious zealots figure it out ?   Has anyone here ever seriously considered the fact that they could be wrong ?    How low does bitcoin have to go before you figure out that bitcoin was nothing more than a mania and a bubble Huh?

You can ignore reality, but you can not ignore the consequences of ignoring reality 🤣🤣🤣

Hard Facts

Well you are entitled to your opinion and I respect that, but I guess you cannot persuade most Bitcoin enthusiasts including me on our resolve to support Bitcoin with incredible fervor no matter what happens and that I think no amount of negative publicity could change that!

However, lets assume you have been correct along the way, then so be it! We can only blame ourselves for our decisions and most of us are well aware of the risks were taking and we cannot deny that since there is simply no point on being arrogant on introducing once's ideas that are contrary to what other people believes in.

Btw, I understand your animosity towards Bitcoin that I assume you are supporting another cryptocurrency! And If I'm correct, we would gladly appreciate if  you could share us anything about it or if you have any crypto you could recommend to us and that maybe you could save us altogether from crypto disaster.  Smiley

For me, choosing the proper timing in holding your coin is the best thing we could ever do, how could this be implemented? It is simple. If we are to buy bitcoin and hold it forever, it will be profitable that is correct, but if we choose to be efficient, we can buy bitcoin at the lowest price and sell it at the higher market price. What is the difference between holding? The concept of trading is to buy low and sell high, why don't we apply this in bitcoin but in a longer period of time.

I'd rather choose to panic sell, though I couldn't consider it as panic at all, I hodle my crypto especially bitcoin for a long time, and I see it is the right time to sell now, many say "buy low sell high", and applying that principle will not make me regret my decision. Though I am quite sad thinking of hodling bitcoin, I reflect and think deeply about waiting for the dip and buying again. In the future, I can say, I utilize the best decision in the market rather than sticking and believing in hodling without doing anything about the situation.
That would be probably your thoughts and we have always the right to decision on what we will do in our coins either we will hold it until the coins or the bitcoins that we are holding becomes boom or we will just sell it although the market was very down and bitcoin was on the red situation or very dump. We have the right to decision on what we will do on those kind of situations, but right now In my own perception, I will just stick first at holding bitcoin and buying bitcoin right now especially the bitcoin was very low, because I am still believing on the saying that "buy low, sell high".
